Verbunden mit einem der ältesten Landclub in der Stadt, dieses Hotel befindet sich auf der oberen und ruhigeren Seite von Bandung. Gut gepflegt niederländisch-indische Kolonialzeit Gebäude mit schönem Gras, perfekt für ältere oder Familien. Aber das Zimmer könnte besser sein: kein Shampoo und Dusche gel konnte wegen des Preises vergeben werden, aber nicht ersetzen die alte Schabby-Tube TV, Farben und Zigaretten auf den Blättern, keine elektrische Socke in der Nähe des Bettes, um Ihr Telefon zu belasten.. Es könnte sicher besser sein. Aber insgesamt ist es ein schöner entspannender Ort.

Well, at the first time we areived everything went well. Welcomed by Mr Agus THE ONE AND ONLY BEST STAFF in this hotel (others were worst!), he assisted us to the room very polite gesture and good communication. Started while i asked for more bath towel, coz i booked 4 rooms for family, and i occup the room with my parents which more than 3 person inside, however they said it is unable to send more otherwised it charged. We understood and cancel the request instead. We also cannot refill the bottle of water (the small size one) they said it will charged in IDR 30.000 which i understood and we cancelled the request and bought by ourself outside. Second day, after we held a family event, we are extremely exhausted. After bought a food (soup) we req them to deliver a bowl. And they said they will sent it up. Until end of the day, the bowl was not coming, and my sister ate it from its plastic! Me and my husband decided to extend the stay to higher type of room, we paid all in advance, we understand because we booked the reservation in a last minute at around 12pm, the rsv was still not interface to the system i guessed, and they asked us to wait and will call to info us when the rsv interfaced already. Until more than 30 mins, no one get back to us, we did not complained at all, i came to reception met argita which was the person who handled us, and she informed that the rsv have been received (and no one call us). i did registration as normal and they gave us the room in a lower floor which was not our preference, and asked to get higher floor. They said, they will call us due to the room was not ready yet, which -again- we understood. We are waiting until 2 pm but nobody call us, and i came again to them asked for my room, surprisingly the room was ready :) thank's God because we are very initiative to ask them :) i guess if i was not asking my room, they will never call us... No apologize conveyed due to we need to wait for room nor call us to collect the key. Also the boy before argita, who handled us in the receptionist needs to be trained how to listening to the request and question well and conveying the information well to the guest. Other thing why i fed up was, we ordered food outside, and the reataurant forgot to put the cuttleries, and i requested to them for cuttleries, this rude staff named Sansan, said it chargeable, well i still don't understand and asked why it chargeable, and he explaination was unbelievable and i really hate to explain it here ( you can try by yourself to proof this if you want to loss your day and money only to get worst service:)) he said the information was on the room svc menu which was not there! He said, the charge is for the possibility, if only the cuttleries can be lost which we don't have any plan to lose it :) i told them that last night when we requested the bowl, it didn't come, and no apologize AT ALL. Strategische Lage, komfortabel, cm wo der Parkplatz hinten etwas schäbig aussieht, vielleicht weil es ein altes Gebäude ist. Die Frühstückskarte bietet eine große Auswahl, über den Geschmack natürlich jede Zunge, aber meiner Meinung nach ist es nur B.

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

Ich reservierte 2 Zimmer, beantragt in der Nähe, das Zimmer war groß, ziemlich sauber und komfortabel, AC und Wifi sind gut, die Kinder genießen Schwimmen im Pool oben, der Rezeptor ist freundlich serviert von Mr. Suwandai. Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Steinplantation entfernt, und es ist auf der Geschäftsstraße, ein bisschen schlau, die gleiche Weise, aber es ist einfach zu finden. Zu Transtudio Bandung ist auch nicht weit entfernt, nur der Fahrzyklus der Straße ist ein bisschen eng, weil es zwei Spalten in einer Richtung, aber führen in die gleiche Richtung. Hotelzustand ist gut, Service ist ok, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen eng für das Zwillingszimmer, das Badezimmer ist auch sehr klein. Aber der Raumzustand ist sauber, es gibt einen Stromslang (Kaffee und Tee), Zimmerslips, und sicher. Clear TV-Kanal, viele Kanäle, kalte AC, Bad-Auspuff auf kontinuierlich. Die Zimmerwand ist auch etwas schmutzig. Für Lebensmittel sagen sie in einigen guten Bewertungen, aber sie sind durchschnittlich, das Menü ist weniger unterschiedlich, die Hühnerrost, die Hühnerstaub ist adäquat, denn das Buffet Essen ist schnell auslaufen und ein bisschen lang füllen, gibt es auch Cookies, Brot, Nüsse, Omelett, Waffel, Getreide, und Saft Getränke. Der Pool war wirklich klein, und wenn das Wasser sehr grünes war, weiß ich nicht warum, sagte der Mitarbeiter, es war, weil es heiß in der Sonne war (kannst du nicht??). Für Kinder über 5 ist Frühstück 80rb (aber die Kinder können viel essen, huh??!!! Es ist eine Schande, wenn das stimmt, dennoch, in der Hotelpolitik auf der Anwendung gibt es keine solchen Regeln. Jd, ich fühle mich auch ein wenig beschädigt (mein Kind ist neu 8 und isst nicht viel)). Am zweiten Tag saß ich noch dort, das Essen war weniger variiert, für Brot, am ersten Tag gab es Butter, am zweiten Tag gab es nur Butter. Also setzen Sie bitte das Menü, die Einrichtungen sind sauber für den Pool und die Hotelpolitik muss für eine klare Erklärung für die Kunden aufgeführt werden.
