It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it! 
The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also! 
I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!

Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

Strategische Lage, komfortabel, cm wo der Parkplatz hinten etwas schäbig aussieht, vielleicht weil es ein altes Gebäude ist. Die Frühstückskarte bietet eine große Auswahl, über den Geschmack natürlich jede Zunge, aber meiner Meinung nach ist es nur B.

Es ist ein anständiges Hotel ohne erstaunliche Erfahrung. Nur der intelligente Schließfach, das für mich neu ist. Sie müssen den Schlüssel herunterladen und registrieren. Ich war müde, wenn ich anmelden wartete, so dass die App und das Register ein wenig mehr Zeit als nur mit einem normalen Kartenschlüssel. Lobby ist sauber. Kleines, aber sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer wie angekündigt. Kostenlose Snacks (Bohnen, 1 Tasche Chips, 1 Fitbar) und Trinken im Kühlschrank (1 Schüssel von Cola). Unser Zimmer befindet sich auf der zweiten Etage, die der Straße gegenüber, mein Mann konnte nicht schlafen wegen des Lärms aus der Straße. Das Hotel schien weniger besetzt, so fragte ich, dass wir vielleicht spät auschecken können, aber nur 30 Minuten mehr. Kinda enttäuscht. Zumindest könnten Sie wie 1pm oder 2pm geben, besonders wenn das Hotel überhaupt nicht besetzt ist. Frühstücksbereich ist im 5. Stock. Schöne Lage. Das Frühstück war nur ok und hat eine Vielfalt. Ich mag die Carbonara. Aber anders als das war es nur ok. Kaffee geschmackte Blum. Das einzige freundliche Gesicht und hilfsbereites Personal waren Frau Maya im Frühstücksbereich. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage, in der Nähe des Rumah Mode. Ich wünsche mir, dass das Hotel ihre Gästebeziehung verbessern wird, dass der Gast im Hotel willkommener wird. Das Parkplatz ist geräumig.

Pro's : Clean room, cute seasons theme, only those with key can access the upper floor (where the rooms are), surrounded by many choices of places to eat, delicious breakfast with quite various dishes. Con's : Small elevator, small parking, small pool, hotel location in front of gas station, is on a one way street.

Bevor Sie das Hotelzimmer verkaufen, beachten Sie die Sauberkeit... vor allem es wurde reserviert.. Es gibt falsche Augenblicke auf der Wand. Es gibt immer noch Moskitos im Zimmer Der Klimaanlage-Sound ist wirklich laut ...

Ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen. Alle Anfragen wurden gut gemacht. Das Zimmer war sauber und alle Ausrüstungen funktionierten gut. Frühstück war auch gut. Danke Aryaduta Bandung!! Wir kommen nächsten Reisen zurück.

The hotel were equally impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the Rooftop Bar experience. The Rooftop served delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was great. Last but not least, the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs set a new standard for hospitality.

Stayed at this hotel for its proximity since the other Accor hotels nearby were fully booked. Sadly, this was a wrong decision. Ibis is part of Accor hotels should have a clear standard and proper QC (for service and most important cleanliness) in which a total absence at this property. Accor puts effort to have guests becoming their ALL members, but this hotel does not really understand what kind of value to be delivered to members including their top tiers. Got checked in and was given a flooring-mop look alike towels with dark stains all over surface. Not a single guest would deserve to get this kind of towel. Those defected towels should have been scrapped away already. When asked for replacement - yes they do have towels in good condition. Question is WHY put those dirty defect ones? Front office was barely recognize loyalty membership, not even offering a late check out. When asked, a male FO staff (Ag***) replied and asked if I had reservation. How ridiculous? Not to mention, their Assistant FO Manager (D**) who was standing there, pretended to hear nothing instead of stepping in his staffs. Completely shows no leadership. For members or any guest who expect an international standard and cleanliness, STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hope this helps.

Ich reservierte 2 Zimmer, beantragt in der Nähe, das Zimmer war groß, ziemlich sauber und komfortabel, AC und Wifi sind gut, die Kinder genießen Schwimmen im Pool oben, der Rezeptor ist freundlich serviert von Mr. Suwandai. Frühstück ist ziemlich verschieden. Sicherheit ist auch freundlich und freundlich. Danke für die Führung Grand Pacific Bandung.
