The free transport option offered on arrival at the airport was a very appealing aspect at this hotel and it was seamless when arriving late at night. The city’s roads were deserted so the journey didn’t take long and the welcome from the reception was superb, feeling so friendly and more like arriving into someone’s home than a hotel. It may feel a little tucked away and at times more of a business office location, but it was the ideal spot for a short break in the city and all the main sights are easily walkable. There’s two buildings for the accommodation and mine was on the second floor in the alternative building. There is a decent lift as well as stairs available to use and the room itself was a good enough size. It was a little basic and functional, but with the prices charged I can’t complain. Be sure to close the blind in the shower at night else the glass door allows the morning sun throughout the whole room, but the air-conditioning worked well, there’s plugs by the side of the bed and a decent enough desk for doing any work. The TV was small and there isn’t a huge amount of storage but everywhere at least seemed very clean. Noise from outside was minimal, given the hotel is tucked away in it’s own carpark, although it was possible to hear water running throughout the building from other rooms throughout the night. Breakfast continued the friendly ‘home run’ affair and was quite nice. There’s a decent number of hot dishes on the buffet and the live omelette station is a good touch. Again all the staff are super welcoming and can’t do enough to help. There’s a mix of tables with many suitable for large groups as well. I can’t comment on their evening offering since it was closed for a private function. If you’re looking for the height of luxury and modernness you’ll be disappointed, but for a clean comfortable room, in a great location with welcoming atmosphere, certainly consider it - I will be again and it’s brilliant value.

Badi'ah Hotel is nothing short of superb! Large, spacious rooms with elegant/warm lighting and tasteful decor and artwork. Rooms were equipped with functional furniture such as a wall desk with a chair, 2 arm chairs, a folding luggage storage rack as well as a large cabinet for luggage storage and clothing. The room also came with an electronic safe, electric kettle, mini fridge, coffee/tea making supplies (Nescafé and milk powder packets, sugar, Lipton tea), 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs with little stir sticks and bathroom amenities such as bar soap, shampoo, body gel, 2 dental kits and a disposable bag. 2 bottles of water were also provided and were replenished each morning. The bathroom was large and clean with a large western toilet. Shower was enclosed, however, water still floods all over the bathroom floor when showering. On this point, the bathrooms could be improved. The bed was extremely comfortable, but unusually short in length. I am only 5'5” but my feet were hitting the edge of the bed. For anyone taller than 5'5”, I fear your feet may be hanging off the bed? Perhaps this was just the size of the double bed in my room, but I found this peculiar. The room also came with a flatscreen TV, with 9 channels to choose from. Limited, but fine for a few nights. Channel selections included BBC news, Discovery and also a Cinemax movie channel (all in English). There were a couple of other English channels also, but I didn't tune in to these. Channels/TV service cut in and out periodically - loss of service - unsure why, but it was manageable. Wifi signal was exceptionally strong, with a router on each floor and different floor networks to choose from. Very happy! Air conditioning in the room and ventilation both were excellent. Housekeeping was excellent and efficient! They started at a reasonable time and finished very quickly, never missing a beat and generous with replenishing used supplies and toiletries. Rooms were also very clean! There was an electronic pad inside to indicate whether you wanted your room cleaned or to be left be, which I thought was excellent design. Reception and kitchen staff were all amazing! Professional, friendly and welcoming of guests! Always opening the door for incoming and departing guests and happy to service any request with a smile! Staff were superb! My one complaint (other than the flooding shower) would be ants in the room. Unfortunately, this is in most tropical climates, and difficult to control, I understand. They are harmless, but, for sure, an annoyance. The hotel offered free airport pick-up and drop-off which was superb value and very much appreciated! The staff even waited for me despite my flight being delayed over an hour (sorry!). Location of the hotel is perfect! You can walk to all of the major tourist sights, and there are 2 major supermarkets close by, one in the complex just behind the hotel, which was very convenient (it's called First Emporium Supermarket). Höheres Hotel hat zwei verschiedene Arten von Unterkünften, eins ist das Hotel selbst und das zweite ist ein Schlafzimmer-Typ Hotel, wir haben das Schlafzimmer-Typ Hotel. Obwohl wir nicht das Hotelzimmer, das sie haben, aber immer noch die Unterkunft ist gut, sauber und ruhig. Das Gebiet ist nur um die Stadt und einige nahe gelegene Restaurant/Restaurants. Es ist allen zugänglich. Das Personal war besonders schön von den Kababayan, die dort gewöhnt waren. Sie sind sehr willkommen und freundlich. Es ist fast 2 Jahre MCO und jetzt habe ich die Gelegenheit, meinen Mann in Brunei zu besuchen. Denken über Selbstisolierung wird die schlimmste Zeit meines Lebens sein, die ich für mindestens 7-14 Tage allein im Hotelzimmer sein werde. Also war ich für einige Aktivitäten vorbereitet, darunter Büroarbeit ...oh Liebe Glück, dass ich von überall arbeiten kann. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Ich kann meinen Sitz für Arbeit, ein Buch lesen oder ein Essen haben. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre im Wohnbereich ist so entspannt. Ich kann die Aussichten der Stadt aus dem Fenster sehen. Sprich über das Essen ist großartig! Ich habe überhaupt keine Beschwerde außer mein Gewicht haha ... Darüber hinaus war die Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter großartig! Ich vermisse wirklich die Momente. Ich empfahl dieses Hotel sehr, dass der beste Ort, wo Sie bleiben, wann immer Sie Brunei besuchen. -siti-

Gute Lage mit der größten Mall verbunden. Zimmer ist groß mit Brunei traditionellen Stil Dekor. Das einzige, was ich klagen würde, ist das Netzwerk nicht schnell genug, dass ich einige mobile Date kaufen musste, um online zu arbeiten.

First in mind: room air temperature was too chill, freezing, despite the fan is off, and temp control set to highest (30°C). I am working in computer industry, and 16°C is the ideal temperature for computer room, but not for human. During the stay, never warmer than 15°C. If I didnt heat fill bath tub with hot water, room temp would stay at around 11-13°C Good things: - location near the Mall, many resto around - spacious room Immediate improvement needed: - aircon temperature should be adjustable, able until 25°C. - toilet amenities: cotton buds Further improvement needed - toilet amenities, shaving kit, comb, higher quality of tooth brush - additional door lock of chain type - additional electric socket outlet near bed, of the international type - key-secured access lift - removal of big TV cabinet - list of hotel properties in room - bigger swimming pool

The hotel is located in a shopping area and nearby to Brunei international airport. Whist the room was generally was comfortable but their customer service needs improvement. For example, we booked a pickup, confirmed via email from the hotel, but it turned up one hour later. and the driver said they were not aware to pick us up at the airport. Whilst at the airport, phone calls to the hotel for the pick up was not answered until having called them 4-5 times. Breakfast menu was limited and basic, just local dishes. Their restaurant is closed at night, so we ordered room service - food came packed in plastic boxes with plastic utensils. They have 2 lifts to the floors but only one was working most of the time. Room TV has only 5 channels and low resolution. No facilities such as gym or pool. The sliding door of the wooden cupboard in the room came off its rails when we were using it. Hotel in a good location but its service needs significant improvements.

Wir hatten eine kleine Familienversammlung & Doa kesyukuran im Star Lodge Restaurant Hall mit hervorragendem Geschmack, serviert von schönen & freundlichen Mitarbeitern und gute Unterhaltungseinrichtungen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein beigefügtes Schwimmbad, das mehrere Altersgruppen passt, um sich zu entspannen. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und die WiFi-Verbindung ist ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung umfasst Aufzugseinrichtungen, die die Musik Unterhaltung macht die Umgebung fällt Komfort & freundlich. Ich sah viele Kunden im Hotel verblieben, bemerken, dass alle Autoparks während der Nite voll waren. Ich liebe es, dort zu bleiben und planen, in naher Zukunft eine andere Funktion zu haben. We stayed at The Empire overnight in transit to Australia. The buildings alone are incredibly impressive as are the grounds, facilities ( restaurants, cinema, 24 hour cafe) and the amazing pool. The staff are super friendly, efficient and keen to help in any way. Our room was spacious with a great ocean view and the bed was wonderful. We used bikes to explore the property, visited the in house cinema and spent a lazy afternoon by the pool using the kayaks and SUP boards. The grounds are streaming with bird life. We saw sea eagles, kingfishers, parrots and more. We ate in the Pantai restaurant which offered good food at reasonable prices. The downside for us was the buffet breakfast which had a wide selection of food but some of the offerings such as roti, dim sum and curries were already cold and unappetising by 8.00am. Breakfast and airport transit are not included in the room rate so these extras add up making this an expensive option. There are many private beaches on the property but we were told swimming is at your own risk due to the small risk of crocodiles. Overall it was a real experience to stay here!
