the room is spacious but the room is very dirty. Aircond is not cold at all. I suggest that the hotel please change the air conditioner. I also found two fleas lying on my bed. The next morning my legs are all itchy. I read a review saying that this hotel's air conditioner is bad, I should believe the comments given. I have to continue staying at this hotel because I have paid in full. There will be no second time.

I am not fussy tapi ini first time rasa tak selesa tidur hotel. Bilik ada anak lipas dan seekor lipas besar. Mungkin ibunya. Dan ibunya pun telah saya bunuh. Kasihan anak anaknya. Jadi satu pekerjaan pula nak memburu lipas dalam bilik hotel. Tandas pula shower hanya beberapa lubang sahaja yang boleh mengeluarkan air. Seperti air mata yang menitis, begitulah perlahannya air di hotel ini. Dibekalkan dengan hanya seketul sabun. Tak apa lah, mujur ada bawa sabun sendiri. Katil pula, cadar dan selimut ada tompok tompok kuning. Badan jadi gatal. Bantal pula, kerasnya lembut sikit dari batu. Mujur juga saya bawa bantal dan selimut sendiri. Bau bilik pula........ inilah pengalaman saya menginap di sini. Lihatlah lampunya (rujuk gambar). Sebelah oren sebelah putih. Fikiran menjadi keliru menatap lampu ini.

the worst hotel. the room too smelly, like a public toilet. bedsheet have a lipstick & something like a saliva/sperm trace. i think they didnt change the bedsheet. safety also not guaranteed as the door chain not function. the toilet very dirty- i asked to change a room but they not allow. totally worst hotel!

The hotel location is strategic. Located at Bangi gateway mall where you can find plenty of restaurants and it’s at the center of bangi. However, the cleanliness level of the hotel was bad. I got a room with a cracked floor and found blood stains on the curtain. I had requested to change the room, but even upon change, the cleanness was still unsatisfactory. Seems like the hotel is not well maintained and the bed sheet was unchanged. The aircond also was not functioning well. I don’t finish my stay there, checked out after 2 hours of staying since I can’t stand the atmosphere. Since it’s a budget hotel, I don’t expect much but hygienic measures are not something that we should compromise especially during Covid period.

Location is strategic, mineral water is not provided and shower problem. My room get small mirror. .

Very bad condition. TV broken, the toilet waa very dirty, leaking from the ceiling, broken socket, hard pillow and the bedsheet smelly.

Very bad room , dusty and aircond is very dusty , till got bad flu and cough, heater was not working and bed was full of dust... bad expereince

The bedsheet is quite unclean and have some dirty spot. The toilet also not very clean. The only good thing is the hotel is near to restaurants and shops.
