Ich möchte nur sagen, dass das unser erstes Mal in die Sonesta kam. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt gründlich. Ein besonderer Dank an Michele, die eine weitgehend die professionellste und freundlichste Person war. Sie war auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam und machte den Aufenthalt jeden Penny wert. Ich würde jemanden, der hier ist, ermutigen, hier zu bleiben. Wir werden sicher zurückgehen und bleiben. Liebe die Suite und die Aussicht! Noch einmal können wir Michele nicht genug danken.

這裏每天清潔衞生需要給小費，第二天也給了結果就是放了很多條毛巾衞生沒給做😢，早飯也很簡單（品種衹有三個）如果可以的話選擇不帶早餐訂房更划算，咖啡5美金一杯什麼味都沒有，房間沒有水提供（前台告訴有備空瓶子要自己到所住樓層打水（去了結果貼上設備壞了😅），停車不免費要50美元。這個價格在國內就是標準五星級酒店價格，這次真的踩坑了。

Ich genossen meine 5-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hotel Indigo. Das Rezeptionpersonal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit schönen Möbeln und war sauber. Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Zimmer hatte 2 große Fenster mit Blick auf die Stadt. Die Hausrestaurant kam jeden Tag und erhielt einen hervorragenden Service. Die öffentlichen Räume/Lobby waren auch schön und sauber. Die Lobby verfügt über einen großen Raum mit reichhaltigen Sitz, einem großen Feuerplatz und einem Fernseher. Meine einzige Anregung wäre, den Fernseher auf einen Smart-TV zu aktualisieren, um Zugang zu Netflix und anderen Apps zu erhalten.

Ah, Baltimore, a city of rich history and eclectic charm. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of a stay at the Hotel Ulysses, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of this vibrant city. True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel. The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. It's a masterful blend of old-world charm and modern design, encapsulating the very essence of Baltimore's diverse character. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes. The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk. A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out. Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember. In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. This was probably one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. We spent close to $2,000 at this hotel with a one week stay, so to say the least, our expectations were high. We paid extra for a “harbor view” and when we walked into our room and opened the shutters, we were surprised to find that there was a chain link fence, a red “keep out/no trespassing” sign and a peekaboo harbor view at best. We immediately went to the front desk to either get a rate reduction or to switch to another room entirely, because we refused to pay extra for a view of a chain link fence. Then we get switched to a room that directly faces the roundabout so we can hear everyone walk by the hotel and everyone drive in with their headlights. (Adding a blackout curtain would be super helpful, since all of the rooms just have wooden shutters). When we were at breakfast, (which by the way any Holiday Inn far surpasses what is offered at this hotel) a woman came up to us and said “excuse me, put your dishes in here” as she pointed to a black dish bin. We looked super confused because we had just started eating. I said what? She then repeated herself curtly and I said okay, we figured as such…Usually when there is a dish bin out, I naturally assume that we have to buss our own table. (She came up to us every morning we were there to remind us to do this). The next day, we realized we were going to need more wash cloths and toilet paper during our stay. (Our room did not come with a spare roll like most hotels). So not thinking this would be a huge ask, I called the front desk and asked for 8 wash cloths and two rolls of toilet paper as we were staying for a week, I knew we would need about that much. The front desk agent was audibly annoyed and asked if I could wait until housekeeping was available and I said of course. Later in the afternoon I noticed I still had not received them so I went to the front desk, where an altercation then ensued. I kindly asked for them a second time and was met with attitude. The front desk lady said that the hotel has limited supplies and could not give me 8 washcloths for our week stay. She handed me 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 wash cloths. She told me that I needed to leave my dirty towels at my door before I could get any more new ones. She said that’s usually “how hotels work”. I told her that I have in fact stayed at copious amounts of hotels both small and large during my travels and never once was asking for more linens or toilet paper an issue, let alone met with such attitude when I was making such a simple request. For how much they charge, maybe they should switch laundry services or order more supplies if they have a hard time handing out a few more washcloths and toilet paper to guests. She was entirely rude and I eventually turned away and removed myself from the conversation because it was clear that I wasn’t going to be met with any kind of courtesy. Then, later that day we came back to the

Beautifully restored historic hotel. Clean room and bath. Comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Skip the breakfast, it's not so good, but the coffee machine in the lobby has some nice options. Easy access to the Harbor by nearby bus if you're not interested in searching for downtown parking. Parking in front of the hotel is limited, so we chose the Mt. Vernon lot. It's very close. All in all we would stay here again.

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Das ist das schlimmste Hotel, das ich jemals in der Zeit gehabt habe. Das ganze Hotel riecht von Skunk und Marihuana. Das Eismaschinezimmer riecht von Urin, als ob es sehr oft verwendet wurde. Die Vorderbüroteilnehmer beobachteten das Fernsehen im Frühstücksbereich statt zu beobachten, wer in das Hotel kam. Es gab einen Mann, der scheinbar ohne Hause durch die Hotellobby, dann auf die Aufzüge und zurück zur Lobby. Er trug die gleichen Kleidung am Freitag Nacht und Samstagmorgen. Der Morgen-Sitzer auf 2/19 schlief im Büro. Ich musste mehrere Male auf die Bürotür schlagen, um ihn aufzuwachen. Als ich mehr Handtücher gefragt hatte, wurde mir Poolhandtücher gegeben, die klein und ausgezogen waren. Als ich mehr Pfosten gefragt hatte, wurde mir gesagt, sie hatten nur einen übrig, aber das Hotel wurde nicht ausverkauft. Es gab Schicht auf der Decke im Hallway, unser Zimmer, das Badezimmer. Das Toilette blieb immer aufgetaucht, wir hatten Angst, es würde überfluten jedes Mal. Als ich es an den Vorderbüro-Verwalter erwähnte, sagte er OK, hat nicht einmal das Interesse an der Behebung des Problems verpasst. Ich will mein Geld sofort zurückgezahlt. Wir fühlten uns unsicher, wir waren in bedauerlichen Bedingungen, die schrecklich geräuchert. Das ganze Hotel, ich meine das ganze Hotel braucht ein Tränen ab und es wieder aufbauen ist so schlecht. Die Betten waren wie Zwillingsbetten, die nicht für zwei Erwachsene passen, in schlafen.

Sehr sauber! Was war einer unserer Hauptwünsche, aber es ist auch aktuell & hat schöne Möbel, Matratze, TV & ect. Statt kleiner Probe Shampoo, Klimaanlage, & Körperwasch sie haben schöne Pumpen von Dove installiert in den Duschen. Das Haus hält uns sehr gut und wird eine Hilfe mit allem, was sie können. Die Mitarbeiter des Front Desk sind nur die besten! Sie werden Ihnen helfen, versuchen, Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, wenn es möglich ist & immer eine Freude zu passieren. Unsere Kinder lieben den Innenpool, & komfortable Bett mit einem großen Flachbildschirm. Ich werde nur das Hotel in Baltimore nutzen!
