Premier Inn Balsall Common (Near NEC)

Lovely brach of premier inn. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very kind gesture of sweets, chocolate & a note on our bed. Room was super clean, staff very helpful and overall a pleasant visit. Just a note- If you book to have breakfast next door be patient as we waited roughly 40mins for our food to be cooked! However, you can have drinks and continental whilst you wait.

Alison the receptionist was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble. Room was clean, comfortable and early check in really helped with our plans. Stayed here a few times in the past and always a comfortable stay. Thanks again.

nice and clean, staff great, room as it should be and decent value for money. We had a minor issue with noise from a tumble dryer but it stopped after a while. Beefeater next door was also good, staff very friendly and helpful and service good too.

A nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. The only problem was I booked a twin room thinking I was getting 2 single beds but got a large bed and a sofa bed. Not ideal as it was under a draughty window. Not a great WiFi signal .

Arrived to a very helpful person on the reception chatty polite and helpful Toni. Room was clean quiet and comfortable Breakfasts great and evening meal very good can recommend steak. Only complaint on my 3rd day I was sat in a very un private area next to a very dirty hoover in the restaurant I was offered a table on arrival but was in the middle of the restaurant and being on my own I wanted to sit a bit more privately so asked to be moved, got put next to the waiting station with a dirty hoover very off putting.

Room was warm, cosy and quiet. Dinner was excellent and a good busy atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding , fresh , and the full breakfast was hot, clean and tasty. Staff where pleasant and always welcomed us and said goodbye. Would recommend for any business people travelling across the M6. Thanks for having us

100% recommended this Premier Inn. Great value for money, excellent rooms, super comfy beds, very very clean totally spotless. Shower was very powerful and easy to control the temperature. Staff was excellent at check in and check out. Dinner and breakfast was in the next door beefeater. Great choice of food and good value. Don't be put off by the roadside, once in the rooms you cannot hear the road at all with the windows shut. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. Don't waste your money on more expensive hotels in the area, this Premier Inn goes above and beyond expectations.

This Premier Inn was very clean and tidy! All the staff were very polite and friendly. The food in the beefeater restaurant was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. I rate this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my preferred hotel whilst working in the area. Once again, fantastic service from the team in reception, with a special mention to Harry who was super helpful throughout. My room was comfortable, clean and peaceful during the stay. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was great value for money, the staff were friendly and food tasty. Overall, a 5 star stay, thank you. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn.
