Gute Punkte - Rein Zimmer. Rein Badezimmer. Bett war komfortabel. Bettwäsche waren schön und sauber. Bademantel waren sauber und fluffig. Viel Aufzüge. Dusche war heiß. Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis gezahlt erwartet. Bad Punkte - Zimmer war klein. Hatte ein volles Fenster mit einem anderen Block von Zimmern. Unfähig, das Glasfenster zu öffnen. Aircon war nicht kalt - ein paar Mal wachgefühl heiß. Unfähig, das Aircon zu kontrollieren. Badmatte wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Der Teppich im Korridor draußen sieht aus, als sei er seit Monaten nicht leer. Keycard war ein bisschen schwierig zu arbeiten - musste es weiter schütteln, um die Tür zu öffnen.

Glatter, dampfender Fliesenboden. Zimmer staubig und von Mücken 👎🏻 - Das Zimmer im Obergeschoss ist laut, das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss kann das Zittern hören und spüren, ja😌 - Frühstück 3,8/5 - Der Zimmerservice (Restaurant) ist verrückt nach dem Essen. 0/5 -Schwimmbad am besten verrückt 10/10 -Spa 3/5 normale Massage. Die Hände des Masseurs sind sehr unhöflich. Ich habe überhaupt keine Lust auf ein Spa wiederholen? Ja, ich wiederhole es, denn mein Sohn liebt das Schwimmbad wie verrückt. Wenn möglich, verbessert das Hotel bitte das, was angemessen ist. das alles. Danke.

Es ist mein erstes Mal in Cherating. Eine schöne Dorf voller freundlicher Leute. Das Hotel war besser als die Buchungsfotos. Die Lage war großartig für den Strand und die lokalen Cafés und Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal war nett. Sie hatten auch einen SPA, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die nächsten lokalen Kaffeegetränke waren göttlich. Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

Foods were super mahal. Hope to get more discount n ask the cashier to do. But still no discount..very bad 😕😔 I already join the zenith rewards but still didn't get the benefits. Also my rooms Is far from the lift not nearest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war ein Highlight, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten zu wählen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine imponente Auswahl an lokaler und internationaler Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und in einem einfachen Zugang zu beliebten Attraktionen und Einkaufsgebieten. 1. Beantragt für ein Nichtraucherzimmer beim Einchecken, fanden wir einige Fliesen auf dem Bett. Wir wollten die Hausaufsicht rufen, um das Bettblatt zu ändern, aber das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Ich musste persönlich zur Lobby gehen, um das Frontbüro zu informieren, um eine Änderung des Bettes zu beantragen. Die Hausaufbewahrung kam und ”veränderte” das Bettblatt. Wir haben das Bettblatt inspiziert und fanden die genaue gleiche Farbe an genau der gleichen Stelle. 2. Die Toilettentür kann nicht geschlossen werden. Frustriert mit 3 großen Fragen innerhalb von 15 Minuten , Wir gingen zur Lobby und baten um einen Raum zu ändern. Ich hatte ein Rauchraum, wie das ihr letztes verfügbares Zimmer war. 3. Telefonlinie funktionierte nicht wieder, Toilettenroll war nicht verfügbar. 4. Wir wissen, dass dieses Hotel keine Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta bietet, so dass wir unsere eigenen brachten. Wenn wir am 2. Tag zurückkehren, waren alle unsere Toiletten weg. Hauspflege ließ unsere Toiletten ohne unsere Zustimmung, wenn sie keine Toiletten bieten. Ich musste in die Lobby gehen, um noch eine Beschwerde zu machen (weist du noch einmal, dass das Telefon nicht funktioniert?). Front Desk versprach, Toiletten zu senden in unser Zimmer, aber es kam nie. 5. Während der Auscheckung am dritten Tag sah die Hausbetreiber uns und bot uns, uns für die Beseitigung unserer Toiletten zu entschädigen. So sehr ich ihre Bemühungen um die Eigenschaft ihrer Fehler schätze, sollte diese Entschädigung (sofern erforderlich) von der Verwaltung und nicht von ihren Mitarbeitern kommen, weil sie nicht ausreichend Schulungen angeboten und die Hotelpolitik für ihre Mitarbeiter klarstellen. Insgesamt bin ich völlig beunruhigt und werde nie wiederkommen.

Aufgrund der letzten Minute buchung konnten wir ein Doppelbettzimmer bekommen .Aber das Zimmer ist ziemlich runter, mit Fenster gegenüber der Hauptstraße und kann nicht dicht, können wir die ganze Nacht gut schlafen, da der Lärm kann jederzeit gehört werden, wenn die Autos während der Mitternacht durchfahren. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht zufriedenstellend, da wir in der Café ca. 930am gehen, das Essen ist nicht viel übrig und ohne Replänz. Ich verstehe, dass dieses Hotel Budget Hotel ist, aber die Hotelgebühr wird aufgrund der Spitzensaison erhöht, der Service und die Qualität des Services sollten in Verbindung mit dem gebührenpflichtigen Service erhöht werden, um dem Kunden wie uns gerecht zu sein.“

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves
