Ukuran kamarnya agak kecil tapi masih Oke, ada jendela, ada meja.. Juga space yg cukup untuk menaruh koper.. Di Koridor ada dispenser untuk mengisi minum.. Resepsionis dan satpamnya juga sangat ramah dan membantu.. Untuk lokasi cukup jauh dr mall2 kalau mau berjalan kaki, tapi berada di jalan besar dan mudah ditemukan..

When this hotel is fully opened it will be a really good place to stay if you want to relax and have the convenience of the shopping mall and nearby entertainment. I had booked this because of the pool and spa, but unfortunately, their opening had been delayed (hence the four rather than five stars). This was a huge disappointment - but I have to say a huge thank you to the duty manager, Erik, who made a point of finding me and introducing himself after hearing about my dismay regarding the swimming pool. His assistance and alternative recommendations more than made up for my initial disappointment and I enjoyed my stay there. It is clear he is passionate about his job and ensuring guests have a good experience. From the moment I arrived, I was given a warm welcome and all the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with questions and requests. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I had a sea view but couldn't actually sit out on the balcony which was tiny. I thought the breakfast offer pretty good - unlike some of the earlier reviews - and I enjoyed relaxing in the Lobby area for tasty dinners. It's early days still but this hotel has so much potential and I wish Erik and his staff the very best. (The water park pool WAS open but full of families and not conducive to relaxing - very few sun loungers).

出差巴釐巴板首選酒店。一樓廣州酒樓有漢餐，就是有點小貴，還能接受。這個酒店洗衣服是花錢的，而且費用還不低，在雅加達住的酒店都是免費給洗衣服。

Ukuran kamarnya luas.. Salah satu kamar saya ditambahkan extrabed.. Dan extrabed nya sangat nyaman.. Pemandangan langsung ke kolam renang, juga ada bathub jadi sangat cocok untuk menginap bersama anak-anak

Zimmer sehr grundlegende und hatte bessere Tage gesehen. Asiatisch Frühstück nur. Direkt zu Einkaufszentren. Personal getroffen und vermisst, Ich denke es war die Sprachbarriere, auch mit Google Translate. Falls sie mit einem Besuch im Orangutan-Gesundheitsraum helfen könnten, begann sie am Sonnenbär-Gesundheitsraum, dann kam der Probiscus-Affenbereich endlich zum Orangutan-Gesundheitsraum nur, um zu finden, dass sie nur für den Transport arrangiert hatten! Nichts reserviert, nichts gesehen. Würde ich noch mal dort bleiben? Zweifelhaft.

Das ist wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in Balikpapan. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und professionell von der Frontdesk bis zum F&B-Abteilung. Das Zimmerservicemenü könnte weiter verbessert werden, aber ich liebe meinen Ayam Penyet und Soto Soup. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Bfast-Buffet-Verbreitung war auch sehr gut. Danke Karen und Inka für immer sicherzustellen, dass alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Wir werden bald wieder sein.

Kurz übernachtet. Alles war gut. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und geräumig. Der Balkon und der Meerblick waren ein Bonus. Sehr schöne große Dusche im Badezimmer, aber keine Handtücher. Wi-Fi war gut, aber eine andere Anmeldepflicht für außerhalb des Zimmers erforderlich. In den gemeinsamen Bereichen war der Fitnessraum gut und ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Der bedeckte Pool war etwas klein und zufällig. Leider mussten wir das Frühstück übergehen, da wir einen sehr frühen Flug hatten, um zu fangen.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ibis's Hottel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets.F@B : The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much . I would have Luxurious impression. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. Thank you Ibis👍

The hotel is relatively old, but I like the lobby and the room which are spacious. The location is also serene, which makes a good hotel to rest for the evening. It's a good hotel for business people since there are plenty of area in the lobby to carry on business discussion.
