Neben dem überaus freundlichen Personal und der Lage direkt am Strand, ist das große gut ausgestattete Zimmer sicher hervorzuheben. Mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und einem netten Balkon, von dem die Aussicht nicht so schön ist aber man kann sehr gut dort sitzen. Die Klimaanlage war nicht über das Bett positioniert und angenehm leise. Die beiden Pools sind sehr gut gepflegt und haben sehr sauberes Wasser. Die obligatorische Wasserstelle am Strandzugang half die Füsse vom Sand zu reinigen. Das Frühstück war ok, könnte jedoch etwas mehr kontinentale Auswahl vertragen. Im Hotelzimmer gab es nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne, ohne Duschabtrennung. Dadurch wurde der Boden immer nass. Das trocknete aufgrund des Klimas recht schnell wieder. Es gab nur europäische Steckdosen, so dass internationale Geräte einen Adapter benötigten. Der Zugang zur Stadt über den Strand war etwas unbequem. Es sah aus als wäre die Treppe weggeschwemmt worden. Die ersten ca. 100m nicht gut beleuchtet. Es gab keinen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, das wäre sicher noch nett gewesen.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich komfortabel, für Arbeitsreisen empfohlen

I found this place by default, after my previous accommodation, Shri Ganesh, cancelling my room to resell at a higher price, because of high demand over the Christmas break. It's about 500 metres from the beach, not a bad location, but no warungs close by. The rate I received was lower than the agencies by about 10%, good business at 3.30 pm, when they were unlikely to get another booking. The room was comfortable, aircon efficient, but wifi was very unreliable. Initially, it may have been because of a thunderstorm, but even after that passed, it didn't get any better, and reception's advice was to sit in reception, or the breakfast room, because it would be better there!! I had need to look under the bed for a battery I dropped, and my guess is that it has NEVER been cleaned. Dust, fluff, used drinking straws, and food wrappers were plentiful. There was no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities. I take my own coffee, but a kettle would have been good to have. Breakfast was basic, self serve juice and coffee/tea, and two eggs, any style, on toast, or Nasi Goreng.

L'architecture de ces petites maisons avec leur petite terrasse forme un bel ensemble. La chambre est propre mais la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Le sol et les murs sont en béton. Bref, ce n'est pas agréable. Les repas sont sous forme de buffet et sont corrects. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Si l'on vous propose l'excursion en bateau pour aller voir les dauphins, vous aurez des chances d'en voir si le temps est beau. Dans notre cas, le temps était gris et les dauphins sont restés pêchés au fond. Dommage !

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Der Service war schön, gutes Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen 7-11am. Saubere Zimmer, gutes WLAN. Einfache Gehstrecke und Taxiservice günstig. Es empfiehlt sich für günstige Preise. Schnelltjeckung im Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Bewertung von Siesta basiert auf dem erstaunlichen Personal, insbesondere Mr. Hendra als Duty Manager, der jederzeit so hilfreich ist. Auch Lage, die aus dem Weg sein kann, aber deshalb bleiben wir dort, keine lauten Straßenverkehr. Das Frühstück hat viele Möglichkeiten und Ess ist erschwinglich. Liebe Siesta und wird sicherlich wieder bleiben.

Recommended hotel located at strategic location at the center of Seminyak area Junior Suite of Kamaniiya is so spacious and feels like home! Has a sofa that could be lay down as an extra bed. Friendly staff and good hospitality. The gym is comfy and have almost all the basic equipments. Tasty food and great stuff, very good atmosphere! And clean swimming pool. Great location, near many nice restaurants. I had a great time here. Worth it place for every penny you spend!

Dripz Kaffee unter dem tatsächlichen Eden Hotel bietet großartige Kaffee plus Mahlzeiten, Snacks usw. freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal!! Wir haben viele Frühstück im Eden Hotel - sehr schön und großartig!! Wir hatten amerikanisches Frühstück, und es gibt auch eine Option für ein Frühstücksbuffet. My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!
