Wie es sich für ein riesiges Kettenhotel gehört, wird es laut Handbuch gut geführt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es fast schwierig ist, zu Fuß nach Kuta oder Seminyak zu gelangen, gibt es Einschränkungen im Wohnradius. Außerdem scheint eine Bekämpfung von Badmoos erforderlich zu sein. Ansonsten war alles gut, vor allem das Schwimmbad war wirklich schön.

Wir haben den Hinweis auf die Menzelejepun Villa per Zufall. Es ist jedoch eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre, Sie leben im Herzen des Zentrums in der Nähe alles (Denpasar, Sanur Strand etc.) und auch wenn Sie in einer schönen ruhigen Oase ohne Lärm versteckt sind. Die Eigentümer Patrick und Dewy und alle Hotels sind sehr nett, freundliche Leute, immer hier für Sie. Wenn Sie etwas brauchen, zögern Sie nicht, sie zu fragen. Sie werden Ihnen mit allem helfen. Aufenthalt hier war besser als wir erwarteten. Ich hoffe nur, dass mehr Leute über dieses versteckte Paradies wissen, weil es wirklich es zu entdecken verdient. Verbringen Sie dort ein paar Nächte und Sie werden es nicht bedauern Danke Dewy und Patrick für all Ihre Pflege und Gastfreundschaft Lucy

Die Lage des Hotels ist strategischer, es gibt einen Komfortladen neben dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön, nichts besonderes, aber sie sind sauber und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren super hilfsbereit. Eines der Lichter im Zimmer funktioniert nicht und sie änderten sofort die Bühne. Super erschwingliche Mahlzeiten, auf Paar mit nahe gelegenen Restaurants. Zimmerbeleuchtung war ausreichend, ein wenig dim für meinen Geschmack, wäre schön, wenn die hinzufügen eine helle Hauptlampe, um das Zimmer zu erleuchten. Die einzigen Pfeife, die ich hatte, ist das Wi-Fi. In der Lobby funktionierte es gut, aber in meinem Zimmer (5. Stock) wurde es häufig abgekoppelt und die Geschwindigkeit war inkonsistent. Ich habe das Personal darüber informiert und sie sagten, sie arbeiten daran mit der IT-Abteilung. Leider haben sie noch das Problem zu beheben. Insgesamt ist dies ein Budget-freundliches Hotel wert den Preis.

Er kam recht spät und ging in Eile so hatte keine Zeit, Fotos zu machen, aber das Zimmer, in dem ich blieb, die Größe war akzeptabel. Die Hygiene war eine andere Geschichte. Der Boden war ziemlich schmutzig, in allen Ecken waren Plätze von Form. Bettblätter hatten Farben.. so war die Gürtel 🫠

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Frühstück, robust und fest ...besonders wenn Sie asiatisch ...staff, zwingend und aufmerksam ...a Fitnessraum, der bessere Tage gesehen hat ... ein immer leeres Restaurant, das schöne lokale Lebensmittel zu einem angemessenen Preis ...a große Mega-Malle hinter dem ist zugänglich von Das Hotel ... und ein Booze-und-snack-füllter Minimumart an der nächsten Tür. Was zu sagen? ... Es ist nett. Es ist ok. Es ist ein wenig schwul und nicht sehr Bali ... Sie können wahrscheinlich besser, aber wenn Sie nicht können, ist es groß.

Dripz Kaffee unter dem tatsächlichen Eden Hotel bietet großartige Kaffee plus Mahlzeiten, Snacks usw. freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal!! Wir haben viele Frühstück im Eden Hotel - sehr schön und großartig!! Wir hatten amerikanisches Frühstück, und es gibt auch eine Option für ein Frühstücksbuffet. This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
