Auf dem Gipfel des Berges gibt es keine anderen Geschäfte oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich habe das Hotel gebeten, mir bei der Taxifahrt zu helfen. Später nahm ich ein Taxi und kostete nur 280.000 Indonesische Rupiah.

Nice quiet location with view at valley, however hotel is building more houses next door so there could be some noice. Food is only ok but there is a good hotel restaurant across the road. Also there are a lot of big stairs which could be a problem for some. Personal very friendly and helpful.

Hotel has amazing view and it is literally inside the nature. Pool is high standard luxury. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. There are lots of breakfast options. There is one bad side about rooms ; since it s inside the nature you can see some animals in your room or shower. We enjoyed our time

Wir waren im Restaurant dieses schönen Resorts am letzten Tag unserer Indonesien-Reise zum Abendessen (und vorher einmal auf ein Bier). Der Service war super aufmerksam und freundlich, das Essen wirklich lecker, wenn auch nicht 100% authentisch indonesisch. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

This resort is so nearly perfect but for the price they're charging, there really shouldn't be anything missing which is why I would only rate this place 3/5. There are definitely better resorts in the area. The positives - we had a huge room which was clean and airy, a fabulous private plunge pool looking into the valley, and a decent sized garden where we were able to do yoga each morning. The staff are amazing, from the first check in with Egi until the last day check-out, they are friendly and cheerful and can't do enough for you. I hope the owner appreciates what a great team he has. The location is good if you want rural tranquillity away from all the tourists and influencers in Teggalalang, but the rice terraces and plenty of waterfalls and temples are within easy 15-20 minutes ride by motorbike. Ubud is probably 30 mins if you're luck with traffic. The not so good: The food is pretty average, we had breakfast here each morning and while the staple nasi and mee Goreng were OK, everything else we saw or tried tasted old, reheated and not prepared with much care. This put us off having dinner here, plus the fact that the only drinks they could offer was Bintang. Don't get me wrong,I LOVE Bintang, but in. AUD300 per night hotel you must be able to offer your guests a glass of wine at least. Second, the shared pool. This is such a wasted space. It's right at the bottom of the resort, so plenty of steps, but it's a great infinity pool with fab views. Unforch at the pool there are no towels, what looks like it was intended to be a bar is now a storage area for cleaning equipment, there's no staff or phone to order drinks or food. So unless you want to cart everything down there with you (including your Bintangs) you woildnt bother. Pro-tip - if you do stay here, the Ecolodge next door has an amazing restaurant called Evicurious. We ate here three times, the food and service are amazing - if you want to stay in this area, five this place a try. So advice to the owners - clean up the pool area, put in a fridge and have someone able to provide towels and drinks, maybe even some gentle bali music. And update your menu, get in some wines and basic drinks like gin and tonic. You'll have much happier guests, and you'll make a lot more money because people will spend time at your restaurant.

LOVED this resort. It was so peaceful and beautiful, and the staff were always really lovely and accommodating. We ate a few times at the restaurant and the food was great (I loved the shakshuka for breakfast) The pool was stunning and really refreshing after a long day in town. Also, the massage were some of the best we had in Bali - the spa is really nice in the open air.

Thank you Campuhan Sebatu resort for being so hospitable during our stay. Love the seclusion and relaxing villas. The stairway is amazing especially the fragrances at night. Surrounded in rice patties so not too close to other properties. Can’t wait til the next time.

Paradise in the jungle - it doesn’t get much better than Campuhan Resort . We stayed 3 nights and loved every moment. The villa with private infinity pool was perfect for us. We ventured out a couple of times, once to explore waterfalls just down the road and into Ubud for lunch (12 km away) but mostly swam ate and rested.

I loved everything about this place, from the room to the public pool and the staff was simply the best, very accomodating and super friendly. The bedroom was just perfect, with the pool facing the jungle and super quiet too! I am definitely staying here again next time I am in the area. Thank you, I had the best stay so far :)

WOW! This place is a gem! I happen to come across this smaller hotel (and yes I think of it more as a hotel than resort but I'll get into that later) amongst a sea of resorts/hotels and it exceeded every expectation. This is a newer hotel so it is still working some very minor details but I do not fault them for any of it. Growing pains. To start. The staff is amazing!! Everyone has a smile on their face no matter the time of day. And that just pouts a smile on my face too! How can your day go wrong when you start it off with a big warm smile and good morning from the very nice hotel receptionist asking how I'm doing and whould I like some coffee? Yes I would love some coffee! Then breakfast made to order awhile we sat next to some beautiful rice fields, men and women working in the fields, dogs running down the street or taking a morning nap. Breakfast was very good. Second, the info on massages! My and my husband's masseuses were amazing! He got 2 hour deep tissue on the neck and shoulders 2 days in a row, I got the Balinese with a body herbal body scrub, then the 2 hour hot stone, and oh they were so good! And very inexpensive! Third, our little private plunge pool was so cool! We could see the whole valley and it was beautiful with the early morning fog and rain! My husband had a great dip in the morning rain before the chickens down the hill woke up! Get the villas with the pool if you can! You will not regret it! No, the small kinks. The food was taking a long time when the 8 or us sat down to have lunch. I think it was just 1 person cook for us and every dish was made great. And that was great! It all tasted amazing! But we didn't realize how long the food was going to take and all started to get really hungry. But we were with friends and had great conversations while we waited. Location is a little far and very much out of the busy walking down the street and pass by 6 bars and restaurants in 1 block. There was very limited ambient lights so I got to enjoy the starts, almoat no artificial noise so I got to hear the frogs and crickets. That was what I wanted and this hotel delivered! Now, why I call this a hotel instead of a "resort." I think resorts as big, busy, and fancy. This place is not big, we can walk from the top room to the furthest villas in 2 to 3 minutes. It's not busy because there are only so many room, not enough people can really make the hotel busy. Not fancy does not mean not beautiful, or clean, or detailed. It's just not the grand entrance, 10 receptionist, 12 bell housing, concierge, activities center. And I wasn't looking for those things. So in conclusion the Campuhan Sabatu Resort is a great gem that is out of the way if you want to enjoy quiet mornings and nights with good food, friendly staff, clean, beautiful hotel! We would all come back! In 4 years!
