D'Green Kuta

혼자라면부담스러운가격이지만 2인이상이라면완전추천합니다. 화장실넓고 방넓고 부엌도있습니다. 개미가있긴한데 침대쪽말고 부엌에좀있어요! 그리고 수영장은 크기도 적당하고 물도깨끗한편이였습니다. 다만위치가 어디가려면 차타고가야하는위치였습니다.

Very nice and cozy place. The whole staff is very nice and friendly. I only planned a few days stay here, but it turned out to be a very good place so I extended my stay continuously. recomendded place

Checked in a few hours after check in time. Room was still not ready. Had to wait almost an hour for the room to be made up. When I got to my room, it was dirty. There was hair all over the floor, the bins were full of rubbish from the previous people who had stayed. There was mould on the roof and the couch was heavily stained. I went down to checkout the pool but it was not in use. It was green and there was algae covering the tiles. There was no water running through it. They said this was because they were quiet. This is fair enough however they should let guests know prior to booking or arrival as I would not have even bothered had I have known. I checked out a few hours later after booking another hotel. I asked for a refund which they assured me would be processed but this has not been processed - now almost 20 days later. They will not answer their phone or reply to any emails... Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.
