Villa Ubud Sunshine

The room was amazing. Bed very comfortable, balcony overlooking the gardens, immaculately clean, it was ranking as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was a good choice but I went for the healthy option 3 times :-). The service was always polite and so helpful, quiet and calm, nothing fazed and just gave you the feeling of being so welcome and appreciated all the time Location, other reviews say a little out of the way but I totally disagree. We walked to the monkey forest, had a silver class we did get a taxi to the night market. It was walkable but we were too lazy and it was only about £2.50 so why not Next day we walked to the rice fields, visited the street walk market, the water temple and the art market. All in all, one of our best stays in Bali, 7 stops in all. I just want to add, a huge thank you to I wish we would have had longer with you Jane :-). Room 9

The hotel is in Ubud town itself but away from the hustle and bustle of the city and its traffic - being located amidst paddy fields and tranquil nature. My pool side wooden villa is beautiful and charming with a bath tub in the balcony and a semi open bathroom. The bedroom and bathrooms are huge and comfortable. Breakfast was served at my balcony that overlooked the tropical forest. And I indulged in my outdoor baths… Service was attentive and staff helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at Sunshine Villa.

Ubud Sunshine is located in Jl Bisma, just a step from Ubud centre but still secluded if you like quiet place. Easily accessed from the main road (only 80m). Parking is available in front of Puri Bisma (but make sure to the staff since the space is shared and limited). The villa is near a small rice field with a few ducks around. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. 👍👍👍 The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also spacious, it has a separate bathtub and shower area. A little bit dark and damp but still okay. Many options for breakfast and could be served in the room or in the common area. Floating breakfast is available. No private swimming pool, but has a main pool which is large enough and clean. If you choose Garden View Villa, your room will be in the front of a small river. Squirrels could be seen in the morning. Sometimes fruit bats come around, so please make sure that you put your drying rack or balcony chair in the correct place so you won't get some of their junk 😉 Kids friendly, as long as your kids are quiet 🤫
