Wir wurden an diesem wunderschönen Ort sehr freundlich empfangen! Es ist klein, aber sehr schön und super sauber. Uns gefiel die Lage, da es in der Nähe des Strandes und der Supermärkte liegt. Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön und das Frühstück war gut. Wir wollten auch am Tag selbst einen Roller mieten und innerhalb von 10 Minuten hatten sie bereits einen Roller für uns organisiert! Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und ich würde wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Als wir im Royal Cottage ankamen, schienen die Apar**ents trotz unserer Reservierung ausgebucht zu sein. Wir wurden dann in eine andere Unterkunft gebracht, ohne Rezeption, Bar, Fitness, 3 Schwimmbäder usw. Logischerweise wollten wir hier nicht übernachten. Der nett wirkende Besitzer sagte uns, dass wir einfach unser Geld zurückbekämen; „Jeder muss glücklich sein“, waren seine Worte. Es sind jetzt 5 Wochen vergangen und wir haben noch keinen Cent gesehen. Der Eigentümer bestreitet, dies gesagt zu haben, verweist nur auf die Agentur *********** und möchte mit nichts mehr kooperieren. Schade, denn wir werden unser Geld nicht wiedersehen.

#rantatillias back at it again with our first trip to Lembongan and did it really set an impression on us with the hospitality from the Royal Cottage family!!! To the very warm welcome of Ketut Jr. to the short but heartfelt Ketut Sr.'s farewell, we left the resort feeling truly warm-hearted and already looking at the next reservation back to place back again. From the comfortable bed to the clean and large bathrooms, you will definitely enjoy a good night's rest after your day's activities. The cottage was literally central and walking distance to the local attractions like Devil's Tears or the Mushroom beach! Direction was a breeze!!! Thank you again for the amazing hospitality and we will definitely be back!!!

We had an incredible stay at this wonderful place in Nusa Lembongan! Ketut and his staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. The familiarity of the place made it feel like a true home away from home. The warmth and hospitality extended by the staff created an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. They were always there to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was recommendations for activities and restaurants or arranging transportation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and traditional Balinese charm. Our stay here was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip to Bali. We are already planning our next visit, and we'll definitely be returning to this amazing place. If you're looking for a delightful and memorable experience in Bali, I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed! Not to forget: Mico (the dog) was always there to greet us with wagging tail every time we arrived with our scooter. Mico's presence added an extra layer of warmth and joy to our experience at this place. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Royal Cottages. Amazing family run spot! It was raining while we were on the island but our room was so comfortable that it made it more enjoyable. We were able to rent a scooter during our whole stay, very close scooter ride to everything on the island! Close to lots of restaurants and beaches! Be sure to book a snorkelling adventure with Ketut! I get very sea sick, but it was still so worth it! Very comfortable bed, felt very luxurious! Breakfast options were eggs to your liking or pancakes both done very well! Be sure to check your room for spiders! Coming from Canada we found this a little shocking but did encounter a couple large spiders in the bathroom! BUT the bug net around the bed definitely took away any worry that I had. The staff also helped us remove the spiders! Thank you to the amazing staff at Royal Cottages, thank you for providing such a beautiful space for us to enjoy the island!

Le personnel était très sympathique et prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais un peu petit.
La salle de bain est un peu sombre et mal isolée (lorsqu'il pleut la pluie passe un peu à travers).
