Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr neu und das Servicepersonal ist nicht gut geschult. Ein großartiger Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Geeignet zum Ausruhen im Hotel für einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung.

For our first trip to Bali we chose a 7 night stay in a two bedroom pool villa at Hidden Hills. It was absolutely the perfect oasis that we were looking for after days full of sight seeing. We traveled with our 15 and 8 year old sons. The restaurant Hidden Gem, up the stairs on the property is very convenient, with a great cocktail menu, wine list and dinner as well as breakfast offerings. Not to mention, THE best view of the sunset! As you return to your villa after dinner, the scent of incense greets you on the patio, and there are candles and diffusers in the indoor seating area to welcome you back. The staff is really wonderful- they were available via Whatsapp for whatever we needed. We are looking forward to visiting Hidden Hills on our next trip to Bali!

房間挺新的 也挺大 新裝修的 餐具都放的很整齊 服務員態度很好 每天打掃兩次 景色也很不錯 單獨訂早餐的話大概150人民幣一份 美式或者大陸式早餐 缺點是有些小蟲爬來爬去 沒有電梯 行李多的話爬樓梯有點累 但是可以付小費讓服務員搬 晚上有車經過的話聲音比較明顯 特別是飆車的摩託車

這是一個壯觀景色的Villa，最主要的賣點也是這個望海山坡的景色，他們的服務態度良好，但是感覺性價比不太高，在其他地方住的三份一價錢也能住到很漂亮的別墅。別墅的蚊蟲很多，也完全沒有熱水洗澡，告訴工作人員也只是告訴我等五至十分鐘才會有熱水，結果等了很久也沒有熱水，結果我和男朋友都放棄，洗了很冷的澡，希望可以改善熱水的問題

工作人員非常熱心，服務很好。酒店景色不錯，但不大。就是晚上到機場打車到酒店堵車堵了很久😢😢😢

基本上沒有服務，設施還可以。

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Villa Santorini. Diese liegt ganz vorne und hat somit einen komplett uneingeschränkten Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer. Die Villa ist absolut fantastisch, man hat maximale Privatsphäre, da alles komplett uneinsehbar ist. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt sauber. Der Service ist ebenfalls super, alles läuft problemlos über WhatsApp, oder, wenn man möchte, auch über Telefon. Ein klassisches Restaurant gibt es keins. Die Küche liefert an den Platz der Wahl. Ob das die eigene Villa ist, der Main Pool oder wo auch immer. Das Frühstück in der eigenen Villa mit diesem grandiosen Ausblick ist immer wieder der Hammer. Die Qualität des Essens ist dabei sehr gut, wir als food lovers wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir sind eigentlich keine Freunde von dem in fast jedem Hotel angebotenen „romantic dinner“, da das meist kitschig und überteuert ist. Hier aber ist es eine unbedingte Empfehlung. Der Blick ist Wahnsinn, das Essen ist sehr gut und der Service hervorragend.

Very very nice, cosy, and exclusive place. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! They were proactive in helping us in almost everything (booking cabs for us, restaurants, and guiding us around). The view is mesmerising, especially during sunsets.

You understand ethos of the Hidden Hills team well before you even enter the property. Right from the inquiry we made you come to understand the warmness of the team. The airport pick-up from the ever friendly Putu to the entire team from check-in to the butler team to restaurant....a harmonious unison. The team makes this Villa. Yes there is construction happening but it's the case for all of Bali. The property is small and private away from it all but close enough to catch a quick Grab taxi for a short hop to one of the many beaches, beach clubs and restaurants. Already planning next visit.

A lovely quiet hotel with an absolute phantastic service. Heartwarming welcome. We had dinner several times at the hotel an the food was absolutely delicious every time. The massages were exceptionally professional and highly recommendable. The villas offer privacy all the times. If I’ll go to Bali again, for sure I would stay again at Hidden Hills.

This place is unreal!! A real dream set up. I stayed for 3 nights/4 days in the Persia studio, it was spotlessly clean and open with great natural light and had everything i wanted. Nice gentle smelling flowers and candle in the room, great shower, the comfiest bed ive stayed in in months, a comfortable little sofa/nook for reading, a bluetooth speaker and even a white noise machine!! Full smart TV with all the apps too for lazy mornings/evenings in bed which i would recommend here as the rooms are just too well designed and peaceful to not make use of. I had breakfast delivered to my room every morning which i ate in my garden, which was like a sunny, blooming english garden! Beautiful butterflies and birds. I also used the main communal pool as i didnt have one in my room, there was barely anyone there ever in the day, and a nice buzz of people at the restaurant at sunset. It really is one of the best sunset views in Uluwatu. Especially if you nab one of the tables furthest to the left when they set the seating/tables out for the evening. There was some building work going on, but this is the case literally everywhere in uluwatu. It barely bothered me, and i did spend quite a bit of time in the room, it was only for a few hours in the morning on and off and it wasnt always that loud. could honestly go on and on. I could go on and on! The real highlight/pièce de résistance of this place was the staff, all so warm, friendly and genuinely happy. They set up a whatsapp chat with you upon arrival and you can message them any requests, e.g. if you want breakfast delivered to your room at a certain time the next day, any questions/recommendations or bookings youd like to make, i booked a great surf lesson through them too! But other than that the staff very much give you your space :). Special thanks to Imene and Tusan, but honestly you're all wonderful. I will definitely be back, i didn't stay for long enough and i felt so at peace and comfortable! Thank you!!

Stayed at Hidden Hills for 4 nights and the hotel in general is great for a small boutique. Food is very good, the staff are lovely and attentive, the views are great and the room was beautiful. Also massages were very good! Downside was the St Tropez villa which we stayed in, is directly opposite the bar, restaurant and pool, so was quite noisy all day until approx 11pm. I'm a light sleeper so this was a little annoying. It is also directly across from the construction site, although this was not too noisy at all. There also aren't any perks you'd expect with a larger hotel at this price point, free water, fresh fruit here and there, etc. Overall good experience but could do some things better.

This was a belated 40th birthday trip and we treated ourselves to staying here, so glad we did. We stayed in villa Santorini. The villa itself was spacious with a great outdoor shower and a stunning view to the ocean in the distance. Waking up to the view was such a delight. Staff were extremely friendly and always very pleasant, you even get added to a WhatsApp group with a daily notification about the weather! They forewarned about construction works nearby and at the hotel itself but it really wasn’t much bother at all. Only some very minor things - the wifi wasn’t great, would drop out constantly and the only one night we tried to watch TV, it just wouldn’t load. And the villa feels like it could do with a little bit of a refresh but overall this didn’t take anything away from our great stay. Would definitely come back.
