Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt. Wenn Sie die Attraktionen und Wasserfälle in der Nähe von Munuk besuchen möchten, würde ich empfehlen, ein oder zwei Nächte zu buchen. Die Lage ist gut. Gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein See. Wenn Sie Glück haben, gibt es auch ein Restaurant.

Not the best experience here, they tried to over charge us for laundry, it is already expensive at 25k a KG ( normally 10-15k ). They initially tried to charge us 230k saying we had over 10kg total ( we had under 6kg as had previously weighed it ), I asked them to weigh it again and they immediately said sorry we can do it for 150k.
I paid extra when booking for breakfast to be included, but when we went for breakfast they argued that is wasn’t included, I showed them my booking and they agreed to include it, but then didn’t give us our included fruit 🤷♂️, the next morning I asked for it and was given it.
Food was okay but small portions, view from the seating platform overlooking the lake was great, and the room itself was fine, I just got the impression they were trying to take advantage of tourists by overcharging on things etc…

Хорошее место, но не в сезон дождей! Жили два дня в облаках. Претензией к отелю вообще нет, персонал молодцы, организовали трансфер везде, куда мы хотели попасть. Но почти 100% влажность из за высоты и постоянных дождей! Одежда постоянно либо мокрая, либо влажная, другого состояния у нее нет. Если жить в другой сезон, то и виды и теплая погода порадуют больше.
Из рекомендаций - поставил бы пару стульев в номер ну и обогреватели. И согреться и вещи высушить.

Die Zimmer sind wegen des dunklen Holzes und der dunklen Ziegel sehr, sehr dunkel. Das Fehlen von Licht hilft nicht. Wir mussten buchstäblich Kleidung im Schein einer Taschenlampe herausholen. Bei uns war eine Glühbirne kaputt, die sie am nächsten Tag umgehend ersetzten. Das Badezimmer roch schrecklich nach Katzenpisse und war ständig feucht. Die Handtücher waren feucht, genauso wie das Toilettenpapier. Die Dusche hatte keinen Druck, um die Seife aus den Haaren zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber. Schmutz und Staub hinter dem Fernseher und der Spiegel waren schmutzig. Der Pool, den ich ehrlich gesagt für einen Teich hielt, war ziemlich trostlos. WLAN oder Signal im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Es ist eine Schande. Nur ein Anstrich weißer Farbe auf dem dunklen Holz würde die kleinen Villen verwandeln. Keine Klimaanlage oder Deckenventilator. Kein Kühlschrank für Wasser. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen, wenn ich ehrlich bin, es sei denn, Sie reisen mit dem Rucksack preisgünstig umher. Es ist ein billiges Hotel und das ist, was Sie bekommen. Das Personal war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und superfreundlich. Die Aussicht auf den See (über die Straße) ist fantastisch
