Friendly and helpful staff. Chill and quiet hotel comes with nice pool view. Although it’s near to pool but it’s very quiet, 5 mins away from the Batu Bolong beach. Easy assessible to restaurants, bar, beaches (with surfing activities) mart about 5-10mins walk. We just love it!

A boutique hotel punching far far far above its weight in terms of cost. The hotel entrance is manned with security who welcomed us into a small, mostly private lane for us to bring our luggage into the hotel lobby. The lobby was open, simply decorated and the reception (Ariana) kindly sat us down and took our details. He introduced the hotel facilities and we could only check in in the afternoon as it was a full house the previous night which was expected. He also offered us to relax at the poolside or take a swim if we wanted to while waiting for check in, sharing that the bath towels would be provided as long as we needed them. We went out for lunch and returned to be brought to our rooms. The rooms were spacious, very clean, king sized bed with power outlets on both sides. Nice balcony view to the pools. White, fresh, clean towels for shower which were changed everyday, a sofa with side tables at the balcony, a drying rack for swimwear, and in the room a sofa. Air-con was a relief in the current heat wave across SEA, there was a safety deposit box, umbrella and rubber slippers provided. Soap, shampoo and lotion provided was by a local boutique brand Sensatia which (in my option) is a great competitor to Aesop. In the evenings and late night there was always someone at the well lit lobby and reception desk, we spoke to Gio who always greeted us with a good evening and good night, while we also asked for advice about getting to the airport at peak hour. Everyone spoke english very well. We felt clean fresh and comfortable and safe throughout the stay and there were many grand 5+* hotels we’ve experienced and this hotel, for its price, competes well with the best as a small boutique hotel from service to design and amenities

Cleanliness: excellent Service: attentive and very friendly Hotel never felt crowded and it was right where all the actions were.

Great option if you plan to hang in Canggu for a few days. Very clean, pretty new. Best thing about the hotel is the location: you are very close to the buzz but still far enough to not hear anything of it. So a good sleep is guaranteed What I was missing is the attention of the service: had to walk multiple times from the pool to the reception desk as no one was coming to see us. Also, no gym or any gym equipment.

직원들 너무 친절합니다. (숙박하는 고객의 90% 한국인들이라고 하더라구요) 객실이 아주깨끗하고 침대가 크고 편했으며 어메니티에 센사티아가 있어서 써보고 맘에들어서 구매도 했어요~ 전체적으로 아주 만족스러우나 제가 방문한 7월은 모기가 너무너무많았어요. 객실에서만 10마리 넘게 때려잡고도 여기저기물렸습니다ㅠ
