Uluwatu Sunset Hills

Service was excellent!! That staff are very helpful and responds right away. They made sure we are comfortable. They are very thoughtful too. We asked them to make a booking for us at a restaurant and they surprised my husband with a happy birthday greeting. The restaursnt staff told us the hotel concierge was the one who asked for the cake. We did not tell them we are here for his birthday weekend. The food is amazing!!! They have the best tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwhich which my kids ordered everyday during our stay. I loved the avovado toast too. Villa is very well mentained. Kitchen utensils is very clean. The Villa rooms and living area is clean and comfortable. The view is amazing! Highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed in this villa with my husband, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite charging rates comparable to a five-star hotel, the villa failed to provide even a third of the expected amenities. 1. **Amenities**: - There was no dental kit or house slippers provided. - The water jugs were dirty, which is unacceptable. 2. **Air Conditioning**: - The AC in our room didn't work, which was a significant issue for us. We booked the villa for 5 days, but my husband has a medical condition that requires him to stay in a cool environment. 3. **Customer Service**: - We informed the staff about the AC problem and explained our situation. Despite this, they were uncooperative. - We were willing to pay for one night's stay so that they wouldn't incur a loss, but they forced us to stay for the entire duration of our booking. While the property itself is beautiful, the poor maintenance and lack of basic amenities overshadow any positive aspects. I would not recommend this villa to others, especially considering the high cost and subpar service.

Uluwatu sunset hills is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It doesn’t if act, feel like a hotel but more a home from home. The small touches in every corner make such a difference, everything has been so well thought out to offer you a cosy, luxurious and unique stay. The beds are so cosy, the stylish bathrooms make you feel like a king and queen, and the kitchen is fully set up with everything you could need to cook, order in or simply enjoy an evening with your loved ones in a private space. The view is to die for! And because you’re up high you feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle, yet you’re only a five minute drive into town. This is a really special place to stay and we cannot wait to return.
