Der Fahrer Wayan ist sehr gut, Englisch ist großartig, Kommunikation ist gut, Service ist aufmerksam, Fahrtechnik ist die erste Klasse, bringt uns zur Ost- und West-Linien von Bneda Island, ist der Fahrer und der Reiseleiter, und hilft uns auch, Fotos zu machen. Es gibt ein sehr kleines Wasserleck im Badezimmer, was bedeutet, dass man beim Toilettengang mit den Füßen im Wasser steht. Der Fernseher funktioniert trotz Ankunft eines Mitarbeiters nicht. Das Sofa ist zerrissen und am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gibt es einen Zigarettenbrand auf dem Toilettendeckel und eine geschwärzte Pfanne darin. Ansonsten ist der Ort sehr ruhig. Es gibt 33 Stockwerke in diesem Gebäude und ich war im 25. Stock. Das Gebäude und der Raum sind sehr sicher. Auch für den Zugang zum Aufzug benötigen Sie einen magnetischen Ausweis, ebenso wie für den Raum.

Wie es sich für ein riesiges Kettenhotel gehört, wird es laut Handbuch gut geführt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es fast schwierig ist, zu Fuß nach Kuta oder Seminyak zu gelangen, gibt es Einschränkungen im Wohnradius. Außerdem scheint eine Bekämpfung von Badmoos erforderlich zu sein. Ansonsten war alles gut, vor allem das Schwimmbad war wirklich schön.

Er kam recht spät und ging in Eile so hatte keine Zeit, Fotos zu machen, aber das Zimmer, in dem ich blieb, die Größe war akzeptabel. Die Hygiene war eine andere Geschichte. Der Boden war ziemlich schmutzig, in allen Ecken waren Plätze von Form. Bettblätter hatten Farben.. so war die Gürtel 🫠

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Wir haben viele Frühstück im Eden Hotel - sehr schön und großartig!! Wir hatten amerikanisches Frühstück, und es gibt auch eine Option für ein Frühstücksbuffet. I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, 1 km entfernt. Es dauert 25 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es ist sehr gut für Freunde geeignet, die einen Flug erwischen müssen. Das Duschwasser im Zimmer ist sehr bündig. Der Ventilator im Das Zimmer ist etwas laut und kann nachts nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Die Klimaanlage ist nach dem Ausschalten recht kalt und heiß. Die Handtücher sind etwas schmutzig und alles andere ist sehr schmutzig. Gutes Essen und sehr günstig. Der Preis pro Person beträgt 60 . Es gibt so viele Arten von Frühstück, dass ich es nicht essen kann. Es ist sehr kostengünstig.
