Gute Lage, freundliche Dinge. Saubere Handtücher, aber es gibt keinen Haartrockner.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Jedoch. Das ganze Hotel ist dunkel und sieht nichts wie die Fotos auf der Website aus. Die Lobby hat Moskitos überall, nachdem wir ins Auge gekommen waren, hatten wir beide 10+ Bit. Die Muschiten bedecken auch das Schwimmbad und den Sitz dort, so dass wir im Zimmer bleiben mussten. Es gab keine Fenster im Zimmer, so es war sehr merkwürdig, ohne natürliches Licht. Das Badezimmer schmelz sehr merkwürdig. Tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen und bleiben Sie irgendwo sonst leider nicht angenehm. Personal ist jedoch sehr nett.

Dieses Hotel verfügt über gute Mitarbeiter, sauber, freundlicher Preis, guter Service und gute Lage. Es ist nahezu doppelt sechs Strand und von so vielen Kaffeehäusern, Restaurants und Spa umgeben. Sie haben Pool und Ecke zu reden oder Gäste zu uns zu besuchen.

Rein Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer.. empfehlen dieses Hotel an meinen Freund. Gutes Essen, Der Wi-Fi-Anschluss ist stabil und gut. Große Lobby, gutes Schwimmbad. I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Der Service war schön, gutes Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen 7-11am. Saubere Zimmer, gutes WLAN. Einfache Gehstrecke und Taxiservice günstig. Es empfiehlt sich für günstige Preise. Schnelltjeckung im Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Bewertung von Siesta basiert auf dem erstaunlichen Personal, insbesondere Mr. Hendra als Duty Manager, der jederzeit so hilfreich ist. Auch Lage, die aus dem Weg sein kann, aber deshalb bleiben wir dort, keine lauten Straßenverkehr. Das Frühstück hat viele Möglichkeiten und Ess ist erschwinglich. Liebe Siesta und wird sicherlich wieder bleiben.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Das beste Hotel mit dem besten Service, das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Kann ohne lange warten einchecken, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und nahe zu überall. Selbst wenn es sich um einen vorübergehenden Aufzug, Schwimmbad und Küche Abbruch, aber der Service ist sehr zufriedenstellend.

Wie es sich für ein riesiges Kettenhotel gehört, wird es laut Handbuch gut geführt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es fast schwierig ist, zu Fuß nach Kuta oder Seminyak zu gelangen, gibt es Einschränkungen im Wohnradius. Außerdem scheint eine Bekämpfung von Badmoos erforderlich zu sein. Ansonsten war alles gut, vor allem das Schwimmbad war wirklich schön.
