Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around

I would say that that place is the best among several hotels we’ve scouted during the two night stay. With activities and friendly staff although the facilities is quite old. Good experience as always. Thank you!

The staffs are very accommodating and the room is so nice! Perfect view of the ocean too! Even though we had problems on business matters, they were assisting us gladly. The food was okay too. Hoping for a successful business for them. Thank you so much for the stay!

We’re currently staying in a Pacifica suite at Costa Pacifica, and the experience is decent overall. The pet-friendly policy is great, and the facilities are well-kept with a pleasant landscape. The suite is clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the restaurant service is really slow, requiring multiple attempts to get attention, and the Quattro Queso pizza doesn’t meet expectations—its taste and cheese blend are not what I anticipated. The massage rate of 1700 per hour seems high compared to other resorts, and they also ran out of ice, which could be problematic (since they are supposed to be serving cold drinks like shakes and cocktails) Hope they can improve to make the experience of customers better.

Last year a beachview room was 5000P. This year my room with no view was 8000P. The room door was sagging on its hinges and needed to be slammed with force in order to shut it. See video. The slider door was barely functional. I needed to forcibly yank on the handle repeatedly to open the door as well as shutting it. See video... I set the AC at 16C before I went to bed because the room was hot and I had a late arrival. I woke up at 4:30 am sweating profusely. Aircon did not work. See video Needed to take a shower because I was sweating so much at 4:30am. No hot water. Shower head pipe leaking profusely, as well. See video... Obviously, I was not pleased. I asked for a room change. The new room had no chair and the slider did not open at all. It was non functional. 135 USD per night. Worst deal on any hotel that I have ever stayed at. ( I've had hotels in 30+ countries. Worst hotel experience of my life. Can't post videos in this review. I am posting it on all social media I can find. This is the place to visit, stay, relax, unwind, make memories, swim, play, laugh, take lots of pictures and videos. Bring your friends, family, coworkers and loved ones for for bonding and team building. The swimming pool and views are breathtaking.

Great service, exceptional excellent customer service, really recommended, will be back soon, food was great, it's our second time here and it's always the service and quality of hotel was great, next year will be back for another great experience

Spacious rooms. Nice swimming pools. We stayed in the beach view room, it was so nice to wake up with that view. Good restaurants nearby. What I love most was the wide selection of breakfast. It was surprising to me as I never expected that. The staff are very attentive and akways ready to help. Keep it up.

The best accomodation in Baler. They have a huge pool and garden. Our first seaview room had a balcony door issue so we had to move to another room that has separate beds. :( Pet friendly hotel. They have a safe, mini ref and tv in the rooms. Their rooms are clean and has basic toiletries. Love that they have a hair dryer. Some of the rooms have balcony with chairs like ours. Their restaurant has good food choices (love the kilawin). They also have Gcash payment.Their staff are all nice and helpful. They don’t have covered parking, but has a lot parking spaces. It has its own beach access, and neaby to coffee shops around. Overall a good stay and would highly recommend.

Casita King is a very spacious and comfortable room. Casita is quieter compared to the very busy Costa Pacifica except that 1 night that another guest played very loud music with their booming speaker. It was not monitored because there was no attendant anymore in Casita in the evening. Though Leonora, our attendant in the morning, who made up our room, was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, the place needs a bit of updating/renovation especially the bathroom. Same goes for Costa Pacifica.

My family and I visited for three nights and we had the best time. I had a spacious, ocean view room with a big bed. My husband was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast, he said it was the best hotel breakfast he's ever had. There were plenty of options, such as cute happy face pancakes, an omelette station and lots of delicious Filipino dishes (we all LOVED the pork tocino!!). The staff were all very kind and courteous. They always responded promptly when we needed help (fixing the blinds, and getting me an ice pack when I hurt myself surfing). The lunch and dinner a la carte menu is pretty good and big portions, but if you want a change there are some great dining options nearby. We also had a good experience taking beginner surf lessons with instructors (not affiliated with the resort, but they are often on the beach front by the hotel). Thanks to everyone who works at Costa Pacifica, you really made us feel very welcome! I hope we can come back one day!
