Very clean and spacious room with a comfy bed. Very centrally located with easy access to Preston Town, the University and many restaurants. Walking distance from the Bus and Train stations. Warm welcome with easy check-inn. Breakfast was really good with standard continental items and other items prepared on request by the great chef. Diane at the restaurant is very attentive and makes all guests feel special.

from start to finish we were made to feel welcome. What has to be understood was that this was the week of the Liverpool football club parade and we could tell that this occasion had very suddenly full capacity by unpredicted last-minute bookings. But you would never have known by how all the staff digging in worked well together and did duties that we knew from the day before wasn’t in their job descriptions. Text retail management that teamwork was a delight to see. The hotel was still quiet. The hotel was still maintained in its pristine condition and stuff still had smiles on their face. On the busiest breakfast morning that one chef (couldn’t help myself had to inquire!) kept up with the breakfast replenishment and the small breakfast room was maintained and cleared and tidy efficiently. Thank you so much for such a lovely holiday experience.
