Truly 5 star. Great staff, food, room, location. We have traveled the world and this is a hotel to remember. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Staff attitudes are terrific! Our room overlooked the beach and was clean and spacious. We had visa problems while here and the hotel cheerfully gave hours if their time to helping us sort it out.

Visiting L'amor during my trip to Quy Nhơn was an unforgettable experience. I was enchanted by the refined beauty and modern European style of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's decor was exceptionally tasteful and meticulously maintained. The central location was a huge plus, as it only took a short walk to reach Quy Nhon's beach. I loved waking up early; the hotel's pool area provided a wide view of the expansive sea and a beautiful sunrise. The serene atmosphere and the connection with nature truly made my vacation extra special. The service here was professional, incredibly warm and attentive. I even left my AirPods at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and worked together seamlessly to help me retrieve them. The hotel's restaurant is also a noteworthy highlight, offering delicious and beautifully presented local and fresh dishes, including squid noodles, mixed noodles, and pho. I took the time to try several dishes here, and they were not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, featuring a wide variety of food and a selection of tea and coffee. The hotel's spa services were also affordably priced, and I found the hair spa treatment to be a great value. Nearly every service here exceeded my expectations during my stay. This is truly an ideal destination for those looking to enjoy a luxurious vacation, with very reasonable prices compared to the area. If you're planning a trip to Quy Nhơn, I strongly believe that L'amor is an excellent choice for everyone.

Great service and friendly staffs. Luggage’s taken right away upon arrival. Luggages were delivered to room. Check in was a breeze. Room had a stunning view of the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices from fruits, veggies, western, and of course Vietnamese. Memorable staff members that made an impact of our stay was Charlie. She’s personable. Just a very delightful person to converse with. Another staff member was Anh Dau from the bar. She is a bit shy or maybe there’s a language barrier. Nevertheless, she always greets you with a smile and ask what I’d like to drink even though I just want to chill. Overall, this hotel, the city, Quy Nhon, is a hidden gem that not a lot of tourists have knowledge about in their travels. Very slow pace compared to Hanoi and/or Saigon. More relaxed. We only knew about Quy Nhon because our friend, Phuoc Duhi (a TikTok digital creator), whom we met years ago in Saigon, introduced us to his town. Should you decide to have a slow pace holiday in Vietnam, Quy Nhon should be one of the destinations. Don’t forget to stay here at the FLC. They’ll treat you right.

This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Do có một chút sơ suất lúc đặt phòng, tôi chưa chuyển tên booking từ Hang Pham sang Pham Van Lieu. Tuy nhiên, n*** sau khi phát hiện ra, tôi đã email và cũng nhận được phản hồi của khách sạn . Để trao đổi chi tiết, tôi cũng đã gọi điện gặp bộ phận đặt phòng để trao đổi về vấn để đổi tên booking này. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

Khách sạn này có vị trí gần biển thật sự là một điểm cộng rất lớn Chúng tôi rất thích không gian rộng rãi, thoải mái trong phòng và đặc biệt là chỉ cần vài phút đi bộ là đến biển, thuận tiện cho những buổi tắm biển và nghỉ ngơi.

Not a five star hotel/ resort. - No welcome drinks on arrival - The in room fridge does not work both x2 hotels and x3 villas we have access to. - Stains on my bed sheets and pillows on arrival. - Breakfast buffet has very little variety, extremely bland and stale at best. - Large and fast cockroaches in our room. - Cannot bring any outside food and/ or drinks in or a 5 million vnd fine will be served. - We were served warm coconuts - Air-conditioner has not been maintained with the compressor rusted outside, leaving a nasty odour within the villa and hotels. - Shower over bathtub. Dangerous when stepping out. Also mouldy. - At check out, we were accused of stealing a mug. The guy didn't check any other rooms. - I was accused of stealing a large beach umbrella. Even though it didn't rain and it was in the cupboard ... where they keep it !! - Excellent service from the caddy drivers!!

Das Meer war wunderschön und die Landschaft war sehr gut. Das Essen ist normal. Es gibt 4 oder 5 Geschäfte am nahe gelegenen Strand, in denen Sie ab ca. 18 Uhr Ihre eigenen Meeresfrüchte auswählen und nach Gewicht verkaufen können. Es kann also eine gute Idee sein, bei einem Spaziergang am Strand vorbeizuschauen. Es dauert ungefähr 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi, um die Stadt Quy Nhon zu erreichen, daher kann es ein unbequemes Hotel sein, um sich fortzubewegen.

Das könnte ein tolles Hotel sein, aber es ist noch nicht. Das Gebäude ist neu und interessant, das Dachoberfläche ist gut. Aber es gibt einige Probleme. Die Töchter im Toilette, nicht eine große Sache, aber das Personal hätte bemerkt haben sollen. Das Zimmer wird nicht einmal gereinigt/made-up, das passiert nur manchmal. Aber: 1) Ein Hotel mit diesen Vorwürfen braucht eine Bar. 2) Das Frühstücksbuffet war weitaus das schlimmste der 5 wir in Vietnam sahen, sehr wenig frisches Obst oder Obstsaft, Optionen auslaufen und nicht ersetzt werden. Ungeessene warme Gerichte. Ich liebe es, gute Vietnamesisches Essen beim Frühstück zu essen, das war nicht. 3) Das Personal scheint ein bisschen verloren und unsicher. Ja, das ist ein neues Hotel... aber bekommen einige Mitarbeiter mit Erfahrung, die wissen, wie ein Hotel läuft! Keine großen Fehler, nur allgemeine Unzulänglichkeit und Vagina, außer von einem ausgezeichneten weiblichen Empfangsmann. Alles das könnte sortiert werden, wenn Schlüsselmitglieder des Teams gingen und ein paar Tage im guten Hotel geblieben, so dass sie wussten, was sie zu wollen.
