Der Preis ist ok, das Zimmer ist sehr schön, obwohl ich nur einen Tag dort war, war der Service sehr gut und der Kundenservice war sehr enthusiastisch und hat mir bei allen Problemen mit dem Zimmer geholfen. Wenn ich zurückkomme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder in Ihrem Hotel übernachten.

It has great view of Landmark and very easy access to grocery and FamilyMart right in front of the condo. Literally walking distance to Landmark shopping mall. The condo has washing machine, fridge, kitchen but no microwave. I don’t trust their cups, utensils and pots so we don’t use it. The floor unfortunately is very slippery. Idk why but I have to wear slipper once I touchdown into the house. Toilet is very dull and need deep cleaning. However, service is good. Need to use WhatsApp to communicate and they will arrange ppl to clean etc..

Signature M is a comfortable and clean hotel, room size is cozy enough, air cons unit functions perfectly. Location is perhaps one of the best choice in district 1 and nearby to couple of good restaurants next to it. Can’t forget to talk about service, Signature M is famous for its super lovely and attentive concierge service, shout out to Rosie and Naccy, they were so helpful and consistently carrying a big smile every time they greet me, just made my day! Thank you for the great service and will be back again!

Hotel in general is quite good, Room are spacious. Negative point is for the breakfast as in my opinion the place for breakfast is too small for the size of hotel. I had difficult in the first day of my stays there to find a seat and table free to have breakfast, also I didn’t take my cappuccino for the long waiting time for a queue in the coffee machine:only one, an old and slow Saeco. Not having espresso coffee or cappuccino in my breakfast is unacceptable. Gym is quite well equipped but SPA and sauna seems a bit old with need of renovations. Even if I didn’t use swimming pool area seems good. Phone on my room to call service didn’t work, and when I needed it I had to go downstairs to reception desk.

This is an excelent place to stay! The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The residential complex itself has great amenities, including a pool and gym (accessible from the 3rd floor). The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The air conditioning works well, and there's even a small area for quick clothes drying, which was super handy. Thuong was really responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues we had during our stay. Also, cleaning was provided twice during our 3-week stay, which was a nice surprise. We definitly recommend these apartments and really appreciate Thuong’s great hospitality

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im M Village. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Das Zimmer war spotless, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, so dass es einfach nach einem bemühten Tag zu entspannen. Die Einrichtungen und die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels waren ausgezeichnet, und die bequeme Lage wurde zu den Erfahrungen hinzugefügt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr und würde in Zukunft glücklich hier bleiben.

Хороший красиво оформленный отель в самом центре расположенный и с безупречный сервисом. Завтраки вкусные и все свежее. Чистота также без нареканий. Минус балл за отваливающийся Wi-Fi который не тянет FULLHD, max 480. Но главный минус для меня это душ, который расположен рядом с унитазом, а не там где должен быть - над каменной ванной, которая закрыта стеклянной перегородокой. . В итоге после принятия душа все течёт к унитазу и вся комната затоплена и в туалет не зайти. Почему? Дизайнер видимо художник, он так видит. А умывальник поставил в коридоре , вместо шкафа. А так конечно отель прекрасен во всем остальном, но... Выбор за вами!

A good location apartment that's clean and tidy with all facilities and appliances suitable for short or long stay. Good city view. And there is a 24/7 convenient store next to entrance. Superb customer services as well. Definitely will check in again for my next trip.

The hotel service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly and attentive. They accommodated all requests promptly and with a smile. The room was spotless, and amenities were plentiful. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!

Habe hier zum NY-Countdown übernachtet. Die Lage ist zentral, im District 1 „Japanese Street“. Eine geschäftige und praktische Gegend. Wenn Sie nicht gerade das gute Frühstück genießen, gibt es in der Nähe viele Restaurants. Die Bar und der Pool auf dem Dach waren auch gut, um das Silvesterfeuerwerk zu sehen. Ein paar Rückschläge haben jedoch einige Punkte abgezogen. 1) Der Aufzug war zeitweise defekt (manchmal musste ich die Treppe nehmen und war vorsichtig, da die Decke sehr niedrig ist. Mein Freund stieß sich einmal den Kopf) 2) Hämmern und Bohren in einem nahegelegenen Zimmer oder Gebäude zu frühen Morgenstunden (das Gute ist, dass man das Zimmer wechseln kann, wenn man unzufrieden ist) 3) Das erste Zimmer hatte einen komischen Geruch (älteres Zimmer mit Whirlpool). Das letzte Zimmer, das wir bekamen, roch gut (neueres Zimmer mit normaler Badewanne), aber die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher und der Badewannenstöpsel fehlten, wir mussten danach fragen 4) Der letzte Makel, der meine Freundinnen sehr unbehaglich machte, war die Kundschaft – viele Männer mittleren Alters saßen oder warteten in der Lobby und glotzten vorbeigehende Mädchen an. Manchmal ist es eine Gruppe von Männern, manchmal werden sie mit einer einheimischen Dame zusammengebracht. Weitere Hinweise: - Beim Einchecken werden Sie gebeten, Ihren Reisepass für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts einzubehalten. Das wollten wir nicht tun, also haben wir 500.000 VND als Kaution hinterlegt (die Sie beim Auschecken zurückbekommen) - Die Toilette und der Dusch-/Badebereich sind getrennt, die Wände und Türen sind jedoch aus Milchglas und ziemlich durchsichtig, was für manche, die nicht als Paar unterwegs sind, unangenehm sein könnte
