However, our fifth-floor condo offers beautiful views of the ocean through large picture windows.Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs (elevator or stairs) for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station and popular doggy area are located across the street near the beach path. Also keep in mind that we often have kids playing in the neighborhood, so please lower your speed after entering the community gate.That said, when you are not out exploring all that Oregon has to offer or heading to the beach, feel free to enjoy one of the 3 mini trails located insight the neighborhood to either begin your day off right or end it on a relaxing note.Get Around:We never knew Netarts Bay would end up being our true vacation destination, but we sure understand that now! Netarts Bay, Oregon is the prime spot for enjoying both adventurous and relaxing activities in just about every direction. Here, you can go crabbing, clamming, or even watching the Harbor Seals from the shore when the tide is low (some may even get really close to you!). And if you love adventures, you can rent a boat or a kayak cruising on the bay to soak in the landscape. If you are lucky, you may even see a giant eagle catching fish on the bay!Besides the bay, we are just 10 minutes away from Oceanside, where you can surf, pick pretty stones, have a drink in one of the oceanfront restaurants, and/or watch the beautiful sunset at Three Arch Rocks (we call it kissing dinosaurs).
