If a mandatory evacuation is not issued we do not issue any refunds and follow our normal cancellation policy. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your stay just in case.BOOKING: Booking guest must be 25+ to book and must be a member of the group staying at the property. All guests must be 25+, except children accompanied by their parents. Booking guest must be verified through VRBO with a Government Issued ID and provide host with a front copy of drivers license and a list of names and ages of the guests in their group before check-in. Your door code will not be activated until we receive this information.PETS: We have a STRICT NO PETS ALLOWED policy. Owner has a pet allergy. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250/PET and you will be asked to leave.SMOKING: No Smoking/Vaping allowed inside the house. Smoking outside is permissible. Do not toss your butts/ filters onto the premises. If you smoke inside, you will be charged an additional fee of $250 and be asked to leave.PARTIES: No parties/gatherings of more than 9 guests.
