This unique, tranquil getaway in a quiet neighborhood has a magnificent courtyard pool deck. It is the perfect property - indoors and outdoors- for relaxing, cooking, dining and, yes, even working. You are only two miles to the beach, local shopping and dining. The entire home and pool are yours. Childproof fencing is available with the pool and the upper pool is a wading pool, only a foot deep. The front yard has a herb garden plus a hammock. The house is nicely appointed with tasteful tropical and seafaring decor. Our colorful getaway sleeps 6 people: 1 queen bed in one bedroom, 1 twin bed in the study bedroom which also has a small frig and microwave, and a trundle day bed in the sun parlour which has two twin beds.The kitchen is complete with bar stools and a dining table in the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, mugs, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and cookware. Kitchen appliances include an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker.
