In Winter, this is a short 20 mins drive to Beaver Mtn Ski Resort!!A master bedroom with its own private deck and separate tub and shower. Instant access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Our cabin is equipped with high-speed internet, flat screen tv's, washer & dryer, gas fireplace, kids play area, and bunk beds. Enjoy viewing the frequent wildlife from the spacious double deck and unwind in the comfortable family room in front of the fireplace while enjoying the beautiful views of Bear Lake. Beach and lake access, ATV trails, skiing, and more are minutes away.The spaceThis home is a 4BR, 2.5 Bath home with the following:The main floor* includes a spacious living area with a smart TV and board games, a full kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to plan meals for a group, 3 bedrooms, and private front and back decks with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. All 3 bedrooms have private access to the back deck. A dining table seats 6-8 plus a bar counter and patio seating for a casual feel. The washer and dryer are also located on the main level.Head to the ground level for the family bedroom, half bath, and game area. In the garage, you can challenge each other to ping pong or arcade basketball or head to the backyard to access the private hot tub or use the grill. The backyard also includes a turf area perfect for yard games (provided), play area for your little ones, or sitting around the fire pit at the end of the day. Hammocks are also available for use. We are IN the Bear Lake golf course community so bring your clubs. Hodges and Logan canyon are just minutes away for ATV and snowmobile trails. Ride your ATV direct from the property! Beaver Ski Area is 18 miles away. Wildlife (including bugs ;)) also share this area with us so we encourage bringing your bug spray and practice safety when encountering wildlife.
