This condo is just blocks from the lift and walking distance to all the local restaurants, grocery store and outdoor summer music events. Enjoy biking, hiking, fishing and skiing and all the outdoor local fun. Then in the evening enjoy a cuddle by the fire, a glass of wine and family game night! Smaller complex for more private/quiet stays.My mother and daughter live nearby. I commute from Texas regularly. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of drinkware, dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances if you want to enjoy a cocktail on the deck or prepare a family meal (a variety of seasonings and spices is provided). There is a large dining table with seating for 8 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. From the dining area, a sliding door opens to the back deck where there is a gas grill and a covered hot tub area. The master bedroom with king size bed is located on the main floor. The room features a reading nook with an overstuffed leather chair, which is perfect for curling up with a blanket and a good book. The ensuite master bath features double sinks, a shower, and a jetted soaker tub which is perfect after a long day of hiking or skiing. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, each with a comfortable queen size bed. The main level is completed with a full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. On the lower level, there is a large bunk/game room which is perfect to spread out and relax, or for the kids to have their own space. This bonus room sleeps up to 5 in two sets of bunk beds (twin over full and twin over twin) and two full size futons. A cozy, quiet, tiny 2nd-story getaway located next to the ski area for only one person or a couple. It is a modern but still very rustic condo among several in the building and area. Tree Top features a full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside deck. Accommodations include a double bed in a separate bedroom and a futon in the living room. A bathroom with a shower/bathtub is located in between assuring access from both sleeping areas. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.Located in the Village of Angel Fire across from the Ski Area.Grocery store conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions, and food joints nearby and along the main street a little further away.Very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water in case tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it, but drink bottled water only.The stairway and door constitute a private entry. It is in a condominium building with others around.The balcony is medium-sized but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's with no privacy fencing in between.
