"The hotel was good. The experience, not so great. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and it was as expected. It was enough for our family of 4 to spend the night. The view of the balcony was also good.
There were a few problems. First was the wifi, there was no connection during the whole stay. Shower didn't have a door so it the bathroom was just wet everytime someone takes a bath. Breakfast was meh.
The parking situation is a hassle. There were limited slots and you have to stack the cars.
If you were the first to park, other guests will have to block you. If you need to leave, they need to call the owner first so they can move their car. Not good if you want to rest and relax.
Location was great though. A couple of minutes drive to the city center."

Super Sulit ng Aufenthalt namin dito. Maraming Zimmer bei kumpleto ang Einrichtungenvon dem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Hanggang Küche. Hoch empfohlen lalo na para sa mga große Familien oder Gruppen na naghahanap ng erschwinglich aber flächengemäß na matutuluyan.
Napakabait bei der Unterkunft ding Eigentümer bei Hauspflege, kaya mas naging komfortabel und Aufenthalt namin. Parkplatz rin para sa mga können private Fahrzeuge, die sehr bequem ist. Zugänglich aus ang Lage einschließlich karamihan ng touristische Attraktionen ay nasa 10-15 minutes drive lang.
Insgesamt, sobrang zufrieden kami sa Aufenthalt namin. Sauber, Budget-freundlich, und wert es. Hoch empfohlen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

JJohn AlipThe hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere with a wonderful view of the mountains and pine trees. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were complete, including hot shower, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and complimentary breakfast.
One of the best parts of the stay was the peaceful environment. The cold weather in Baguio made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were always polite and attentive to our needs.
The hotel was also conveniently located near popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the city. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

GGastnutzer2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a kitchen, which made the stay feel more like home. The balcony and garden views added a relaxing touch, especially in the cool Baguio weather.

The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

IiamrichinitaThe breakfast is good for the price, there are days that the menu is better. But overall, it’s acceptable. There’s just some issue in terms of the response time of the staff, when requests were not catered immediately. The road going to the hotel is also under repair that’s kinda hassle. There’s no elevator connected directly to the floows so you have to take the stairs 😅

GGastnutzerThe hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGastnutzerSuper polit, die ang mga Hotelpersonal zu beherbergen, lassen sie uns sogar früher gestern überprüfen. Sie bringen unsere Gepäck und Taschen in unser Zimmer. Sehr sauber und super Bangor ng mga Zimmer im Cr. Sehr empfohlen und super ruhiger ng Platz Masarap magrelax bei Turog-Namen.

GGastnutzerIt was a good stay overall for this hotel though upon check in the room, there was a small problem in the toilet which I reported and they fix it while we are on our day out and when we came back in the evening, the issue has been fixed! Staffs are all Friendly, helpful and approachable! Good location because it’s very accessible to public transport and near to tourist spots like Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Baguio Public Market and SM City Baguio! Will still consider when we come back to Baguio! Thank you!
