Ich habe beide Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage gefragt, aber es wurde gesagt, das Hotel war zu voll, um das zu beherbergen. Daher habe ich eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Aufrüstung eines Zimmers gezahlt. Trotzdem waren die Gäste in diesem Zimmer nur um 4:06 Uhr frei, und ich erhielt keine Anrufe, obwohl wir um 6 Uhr unser Zimmer verließen. Als ich die Rezeption um das fragte, behaupteten sie, sie haben unser Zimmer angerufen, aber niemand antwortete. Es ist unrealistisch, jemanden den ganzen Tag in ihrem Zimmer zu erwarten, ohne aussteigen zu wollen, vor allem, weil ich bei der Eincheckung die Rezeption informiert habe, dass ich auf meinem Mobiltelefon ankommen könnte. Es fühlt sich so an, weil ich den vollen Preis nicht zahlen und nur eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben, unser Zimmer war nur verfügbar, wenn wir um 10 Uhr wieder ins Hotel zurückgekehrt, und keine Snacks wurden im Gegensatz zu dem voll bezahlten Zimmer angeboten. Ich habe eine spät gebuchte Check-out für nur eine Stunde beantragt, aber es wurde gesagt, dass nur ein Zimmer dieses Privileg erhalten würde. Andere Gäste wurden jedoch erlaubt, bis spätestens 4 Uhr zu Check-out. Es gibt eine klare und signifikante Unterschiede bei der Behandlung der verschiedenen Gäste. Die Snacks und Ausstattung sollten täglich ausgefüllt werden, nicht nur am ersten Tag bei der Eincheckung. Dies ist jedoch nicht konsistent, da einige Zimmer diese Artikel erhalten, während andere nicht.

All in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City. Overview: 1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there. 2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain. 3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card. 4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly). 5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony. Pro: 1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately. 2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax. 3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area. 4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong. 5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it. 6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size. 7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels. 8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use. 9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room. 10. Very spacious bathroom. 11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well. Cons: 1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself. 2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area. 3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains. 4. Curtains are old and dirty. 5. Tv channels only 2 channels. 6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty. 7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids. 8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us. 9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly. For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

The breakfast is very light and is probably planned for patients. It is also possible that children are not accepted. For the purpose of rest and recuperation for residents. Generally speaking, it is very quiet and comfortable. However, the room I stayed in at that time had poor drainage. The water from the shower directly overflowed the drain hole and was discharged from the toilet drain hole. I contacted the front desk, but there was no improvement.

Wir reservierten diese Immobilie, da wir denken, es ist ein Hotelkonzept und mehr darüber gibt es keinen Hinweis, es ist unter AIR B&B. Was ein Scheiß war es .... b'coz sie klug unter das Dach der Pyramide gelegt. Zu unserer Überraschung für den Betrag, den wir bezahlt haben, fühlen wir uns so enttäuscht. Es gibt keine Seife zu waschen. Es gibt keinen Kaffeeschneider? Nicht einmal eine Teeschlange. Wir müssen den Kerl anrufen, der uns den Schlüssel zu bringen Bad mat?? Nach dem Duschen keine Bad mat. ???? Wie wäre, wenn meine Mutter schläft n in das WC?? Toilettenrollplatz gebrochen. Der Schlauch leckt. Duschegarten ist sehr schmutzig, wir können es nicht einmal bei unseren Händen halten, um es zu ziehen. Jemand muss sich ernsthaft in diese Eigenschaft schauen. Von coz verstehen wir gibt es Management, um in all diese ..... aber wir als Gast sollten nicht betrogen werden. Ich arbeite fast 20 Jahre im Hotel Line. Aber diese Eigenschaft ist schlimm. Sehr teuer. Nur wegen der Lage, sie wie auch immer ihre Gäste bezahlen und kann nicht beunruhigt Einstellung. Als ich einen Beschwerde an den Kerl, der mir den Schlüssel .... gegeben hat, er fragte mich, ein Bild zu nehmen und ihn zu senden. Glauben Sie, ich habe keine bessere Arbeit zu tun ...... Diese sollte in diejenigen, die für diese Immobilie verantwortlich sind schauen. Nicht als Gast kommen wir und bleiben. Ich werde nie in dieser Immobilie oder nicht einmal das Pyramid Hotel bleiben. Sehr traurig.

Die Einheit ist sehr komfortabel, nur das Badezimmer, weil es keinen Schirm gibt, und der Boden ist oft mit Wasser aufgehoben, ist nicht zu gut. Außerdem gibt es keine Schleifen und Schleifen, die dieses Mal eine Rabatt-Erlebnis ermöglicht haben.

Such a pleasant experience staying in William's homestay. Everything you need is provided. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I had very good night sleep. Balcony with unblocked view. SS15 Courtyard is just within walking distance. The nearest lrt station is just about 10mins walk away which can go directly to KL Sentral, KLCC without transit. Able to reach Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon within 5 mins via grab. William is so helpful and friendly. It was a great homestay experience, will definitely come back again soon.
