Lilas benefits from private, barrier controlled parking, a huge bonus in high season Cassis.The large, air conditioned double bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto a southern balcony with wonderful views towards the sea, medieval chateau and Cap Canaille. The spacious, air conditioned living room shares the same stunning view; the balcony is a great spot for an alfresco meal or sundowner, watching the changing light at dusk and the illumination of the clock tower at nightfall. A fitted kitchen with household appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 ring ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine) leads into a loggia where there is a washing machine and additional storage.
