Am Nachmittag probierte ich den von der Familie angebauten und mit Bergquellwasser aufgebrühten Shuiman-Schwarztee. Ups! Die Süße und der Duft sind wirklich etwas Besonderes. Umgeben von Bergen und Flüssen ist es ein guter Ort zum Meditieren, Teetrinken und Entspannen, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt und beim Kochen einer Kanne Tee.
