We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them.

Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

Mein Zimmer #13015 war in 390 im Wohngebiet der Insel China Ocean Flower 3 Haodao. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einschließlich des Badezimmers und aller erforderlichen Produkte und Zubehör. Der Service war freundlich und schnell auf das kleine Problem reagiert. Ich genossen meine Aufenthalte dort und ich empfehle den Ort sehr.

Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung ist schön. Allerdings ist das Gebäude nur zum Schlafen gedacht und bietet keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Das größte Problem waren jedoch die Gerüche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber, aber das Waschbecken im Badezimmer roch furchtbar, und auch der Kühlschrank, der nicht angeschlossen war, roch unangenehm. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer ist super gut, direkt gegenüber dem Meer, ich bin am Morgen aufgezogen und sah den Trend zurück. Sehr neugierig die Landschaft, das kalte Wasser ist sehr schnell, die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt, ich bin sehr stark, ich bin im Dunkeln gekommen, so dass das Meer nicht so schön ist, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie schön der Sommer sein sollte, der Meereswind ist sehr komfortabel

民宿自助入住很方便，因為一些原因房間升級了親子loft家庭房，換房過程沒有收取差價，服務態度也好，原本衹定了一晚後來又續住了一天，房間寬敞和圖片上一樣，有洗衣機，還配有一次性浴巾，就是電視需要手動連結wifi有點麻煩。外出騎行共享單車方便又便宜，小區外面就可以歸還。退房也簡單，因為趕高鐵先走了，客房管理查房之後按金順利退回了，3號島很安靜，推薦入住！！！（圖片是早上6點多拍到的日出）

Der Service an der Rezeption des B&B ist sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr hoch, die Check-in-Geschwindigkeit ist sehr schnell, das Grün rund um das Hotel ist sehr hoch, die Luft ist sehr frisch, das Zimmer ist groß und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel.

Die Lage kann sehr nahe am Nachtmarkt liegen. Es gibt keinen Menschen am kalten Nachtmarkt. Die kleine Schwester der Rezeption ist sehr gut für den Umtausch der Schale, um mein Leben zu retten. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und die Sonne ist sehr groß. Insgesamt ist Liu Zhou nicht für Tourismus geeignet 😂 Die besetzte Landschaft und Sonnenaufgang des Weißen Heads ist die größte Ernte dieses Mal! Die Hammer ist großartig!

I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.
