Hotels mit Balkonen in Coffs Harbour

Als Transit- und Erholungsstadt von der Gold Coast bis Sydney ist Coffs Harbour eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Dieses Hotel hat die Form eines Resorts mit einer wunderschönen Umgebung und Wohnen am Meer. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sicherlich nicht mit der von High-End-Hotels zu vergleichen, aber sie sind alle vollständig. Als Durchgangspunkt verdient seinen Namen.

Sehr einfach Check in Gute Signalverbindung Wird definitiv zurückgegeben Terrace Studio war das Beste und ruhige Gesicht auf den Berg.

Quiet room, 2 x QB's, suite was spacious with good quality beds, which were comfortable. We both slept well. Parking area was very hectic, fine when we booked in, but after going for a drive around the beach & the town, picking up dinner & back to the hotel, the car parks were all full. This was the only downside to our stay. Staff were very friendly on check-in & departure. If you were fit & able it was a short walk to eateries & the beach.

What a GEM! Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the newest section of the hotel and we have already re-booked a return stay. The restaurant is fabulous and I suggest you not only avail yourself of the self serve Continental Breakfast but treat yourself to an evening meal in the cosy restaurant. We thoroughly recommend this hotel, room was clean and modern, easy off-street parking, walking distance to town Centre or easy short drive to the Plaza as well as nice drive to Woolgoolga or any of the locations between Coffs and further north.

Overall,  a pleasant stay,  in a beautiful location,  but with a few much needed upgrades, it could be so much better.  The grounds around the resort were lovely.  The check in process was friendly and quick. Directions to room a bit vague.  Told that the wifi was having issues and we were unlikely to be able to get wifi or 5g from the room (on arrival to the room 5G was fine,  but wifi virtually non existent).  Car park was like a rabbit warren and difficult to find the correct lift to go up. Later the under cover car park was full,  over flow car park full.  Had to park over on the dirt with big muddy puddles everywhere. On arrival to room there was a dingy dark little entrance room, and the light was hard to find in there, so we had to use our phone torch to be able to see to open the door.  Very dissapointed in room on arrival.  Photos on the internet of the executive 1 bedroom apartment showed nicely updated kitchen and bathroom,  what we got was old and dated.  An old fashioned beige spa bath and an old fashioned shower over bath set up, and barely high enough to get my head under water.  It was nice and hot with decent pressure though. Bathroom seemed to only have 1 small soap and one small shower gel for 2 guests.   The kitchen was fine,  but had no overhead cupboards, splash back etc like in the photos on the internet.  I messaged reception about my dissatisfaction with the room, but received no reply.  The rest of the room was nice, and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.  The views to the golf course and lake were nice, and was good to have a balcony.  The TV in the bedroom was extremely tiny, and situated poorly so you have to look down to watch. There was a larger TV in the living area though.  We did not watch TV at all,  as knew Netflix etc would not work with no Wifi.  The fridge was not stocked at all,  apart from 1 tiny bottle of long life milk.  No water,  soft drink or any form of mini bar.  Things that really let down the room were things like the rusty air conditoner external unit, old creaky window in bathroom, window with slatted blinds that are very dusty, and that same window that didn't seem to seal properly. Also a few little cobwebs in the bathroom. With a bit more attention to detail,  this could be an amazing resort,  but at the moment,  I was very let down,  especially since our room didn't match what was on the internet.  Reasonably priced though. 

Sehr zufrieden, der Pool ist neben dem Balkon des Zimmers! Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, auch nahe der Plaza, Sie können zu Fuß gehen. Etwa zwei Kilometer vom Parkstrand entfernt.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnungen Pacific Marina für ihre Lage gewählt und die Wohnungen sahen geräumig aus. Sie waren nicht enttäuscht auf beiden Konten. Unsere Wohnung war ein wenig datiert (Farben auf dem Teppich, Küschen waren grubby) aber es war riesig. Die Züge sind laut, was ich mir wünschte, ich hätte die Bewertungen vorgelesen. Die Aussicht (von der ersten Etage) war von einer Wand und einem nahe gelegenen Garten voller Gusse, aber es hatte immer noch den Sinn, nahe dem Ozean zu sein. Auf der Ecke war viel Verkehrslärm und die Musik war ganz nachmittag und abend vom italienischen Restaurant unten gegraben. Wir haben uns nach einer Nacht entschieden, nach einer Entspannung am Strand zu prüfen - wir suchten nach einer entspannenden Gegend - unsere Schuld hatten wir nicht genug über die Wohnungen gelesen. Dieser Ort wäre für eine Geschäftsreise ausgezeichnet gewesen. Als ich in den Schlüsseln ging, sagte ich, dass es nicht das war, was wir nachgekommen waren, sondern erläuterte die positiven. Die einzige Antwort, die ich bekam, war ”gut was du wolltest”, was mir ein wenig aggressiv klang. Ich war nicht nach einer Rückzahlung (dass wir wussten, dass wir bezahlen müssen), war nicht nach einer Entschuldigung (es war nicht ihre Schuld, das war nicht, was wir wollten) Aber ich wollte ein wenig Kundenservice, vielleicht ”Tut mir leid, dass das nicht für Sie funktioniert”. Nur etwas. Ich hatte gesagt, ich würde zurückkommen, um für den Geschäftsverkehr zu bleiben, aber jetzt werde ich nicht. Ich verlor mich mit keinem Lächeln, begrenzten Antworten, fehlender Kundenservice, fehlender Beleidigung. Ich fühlte mich wie derjenige, der einen Kunden beruhigen musste. Enttäuschend. Der Ort, an dem wir stattdessen geblieben waren, hatte einen erstaunlichen Kundenservice, und das machte den ganzen Unterschied.

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber es war schön ruhig, frisch renoviert Zimmer. Große vollgröße Küche und Badezimmer. Bett war komfortabel und Klimaanlage war ein toller. Der Pool und der Gartenbereich waren sehr ruhig und entspannt. Ernsthaftes Gras hier. Große Unterdrücken-Carport mit geräumigen Parkplätze. Wanderweite zu vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der Strand ist nur eine kurze 50m Wanderung. Diese ist auf der Rückkehr zur Liste sicher.

Its a standard motel room but very clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits available in room. Also a microwave. The single bed has wheels which moved which was a nuisance. Should have something under wheels to prevent movement. The reception staff very quick and efficient. We had dinner at the Dumpling House at the plaza nearby which was good. Good place for one night stay.

Good air conditioning, space, amenities (provided soaps, cutlery, bowls etc) and a nice bed. Would have liked some spare toilet paper in the room (thankfully I bring my own anyway) just in case, but everything was clean and functional. The room felt safe and comfortable. Despite being next to the highway, it was quiet enough to sleep fine. The staff were nice about staying there til I came to pick up my room key around 8pm to avoid me having to arrange after-hours key pickup. The drive through car park seems cramped but it was actually fine to maneuver in - the fact that it's a one-way to the street out the back was very convenient for getting back to the highway in the morning. One thing I didn't like was that the carpet edging in the room seemed somehow sharp. I made an effort not to step on them while not wearing shoes. Having a sizeable freezer part of the mini fridge meant I could re-freeze all my esky ice packs after a long drive. For reference I stayed in an executive king room.
