"Das Zimmer ist auch etwas weit vom See entfernt, es dauert 20 Minuten zu Fuß, ein Mann ging zurück und hatte Angst. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, nachdem ich eine Nacht gelebt habe. Also hat das Haus eine Nacht fortgesetzt. Aber der Hotelleiter hat mir gesagt, dass es jemand in diesem Zimmer gebucht hat. Ich muss mich umziehen, da die Schlauch in die Nähe wechselt. Ich bin nicht bereit, mich zu kompromissieren. Und das neue Zimmer ist halb so klein. Die Blumen sind schlecht. Die Fenster-Fenster-Schachteln sind nicht erschüttert. Als ich aus dem Haus ging, bat der Chef mich um eine 1480-Furkin-Stadtsteuer, um Bargeld zu akzeptieren, gab ich ihr 5000 Furkin. Ich fand es, als ich auskam, um mich 3020 Furkin zu finden, weniger 500 Furkin, wollte ich die kleinen Gebühren auf diese Weise erheben? Nein!"

"Umgebung: Das Hotel ist etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Balatonfured Bahnhof 🚉 und geht fünf Minuten zum See. Das Gebäude kann 200 Jahre Geschichte haben. Es wird immer noch sehr gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist altmodisch. Gesundheit: Das Gemüse ist noch sauber, aber es gibt eine Schmutzfarbe auf den Würfeln. Es wird empfohlen, schnell eine Partie zu wechseln. Weiße Würfel sehen, dass die Schmutzgefühle nicht gut erlebt werden."

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "What we liked: Good check in experience Pillow menu Modern and clean Plenty of storage in the bedroom Sofa and lounge area in the room Balcony overlooking the pool Plenty of car park spaces What we didn't like: Dinner was a buffet style, and the choices did not look appetising at all. Most options looked like they had been sat under the heat lamps / bain maries etc for a considerable length of time. Some of the dinner choices appeared to then be presented for breakfast in the morning.... who wants ratatouille for breakfast ?"
