Ich habe die große freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von allen Mitarbeitern geschätzt, aber in der Praxis, wenn Sie ankommen, werden Sie einen persönlichen Supporter mit sich bringen, den Sie alles fragen können. Ok, die dafür bezahlt werden, aber sie arbeiten mit Leidenschaft und machen Sie sich bequem. Das Hotel ist komfortabel, mit einem Pool natürlich im Freien, ein hervorragendes Restaurant für Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Es ist der Ort der Hochzeitsparty. Wi-Fi ist gut, saubere Zimmer, komfortabel Bett. Eine kleine negative Bemerkung: Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist nicht besonders ruhig und auch im Restaurant ist der Lärm des Außenverkehrs zu hoch. Da Sie in der Nähe der Industriezone, in der Umgebung n gibt es Attraktionen, aber die günstige Taxis erlaubt Ihnen, mit wenigen Kosten das Zentrum von Jakarta zu erreichen.

Alles in Ordnung, freundliches Personal, sauber und ohne Geruch. Hoffentlich kann es beibehalten werden.

Zum ersten Mal in dieses Hotel mit den Kindern und zuerst begrüßte uns der Empfangsmann freundlich, dann, als wir in unser Zimmer gingen, wurde uns gesagt, drei Gutscheine zu suchen, wow, endlich fanden wir diese Gutscheine und die Kinder erhielten Geschenke aus dem gelben zu sein Hotel, danke , mein Kind sehr glücklich

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Es war ein sonniger Tag, 10. Dezember 2018, meine Mutter (auf dem Rollstuhl) und ich kam zum Hotel Amaris Citra Raya. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter erinnern uns ... genau wie Familienmitglieder und sie begrüßen uns zurück. Es war wirklich warm und wunderbar. Wir hatten eine komfortable und entspannende Ruhe in den Hotelzimmern. Unnötig zu sagen, die Zimmer waren sauber und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant, wir lieben es, vor allem das Frühstück. Wir werden mit keinem Bedauern nach Amaris Hotel Citra Raya zurückkehren, wenn wir in Cikupa / Tangerang sind.

Ich war im Hotel Yasmin Karawaci für einen Rückzug im Mai 2019. Das Hotel liegt etwas von Lippo Karawaci entfernt. Das Hotel ist ziemlich geräumig. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, mit minimalistischem Design, kostengünstiges Material, aber sieht nicht billig aus. Meine einzige Sorge mit dem Zimmer ist, dass es Zigarettengeräuche hat und das Badezimmer einen schlechten Geruch hat. Personal ist im Allgemeinen freundlich. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde vegetarisches Essen serviert. Sie sind lecker. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht schlecht.

I really loved staying here. The room is a bit outdated but it has bathtub in every room so it‘s still a win-win for me. The pool is big! The ambience is great lots of trees and so cozy for me and my family. It has water slide which not every hotel or resort has. Breakfast, well…standard for me, but the pancakes and waffles are great!

Nice experience. This time, I have time to swim in the hotel pool. It is quite big and clean.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel, die Mitarbeiter sind auch nett. Ich war dort für 2 Tage, weil ich mit meiner Freundin, die in Tangerang war, etwas zu tun hatte. Ich denke, der Ort ist strategischer, aber die Hauptlichter sind nicht locker genug. Ich hoffe, ich kann hier nochmal bleiben.
