this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

**Review of Park Inn Hotel** I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and found it to have a lot of positives. The location is excellent, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The amenities are great too – the rooms are well-furnished, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the breakfast spread is delicious. However, there were a couple of issues. The toilet in my room had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Despite these drawbacks, Park Inn Hotel offers good value for its location and amenities. If they address the toilet odor and soundproofing issues, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Die Rezeptionistin war freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie merkte, dass es mein Geburtstag war und wünschte mir einen glücklichen Geburtstag. Dies war mein zweites Aufenthalt hier. Sauberkeit war ok, aber kann verbessert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber meiner Meinung nach ging der Geschmack und die Vielfalt im Vergleich zu meinem ersten Aufenthalt im Jahr 2022 hinunter. Hoffentlich kann auch das verbessert werden.

friendly and good staff.. nice and affordable.. suitable for family and solo traveler. but television on this hotel just have only 1 channel.. unlucky about that.. if have plenty of channel. will get star better from costumer. if u are with family better get room with window. nice view

Das Zimmermuster ist zu klein für zwei Betten. Im Hygienebereich ist es gut. Der neue Hotel-Holzgeschmack ist immer noch geräuchert, aber es ist nichts für mich, ich mag den Holzgeschmack lieber. Es gibt einen Fehler, keine Schlamm, Mädchen müssen schlammig sein, wenn sie nicht wollen, oder sie sind ganz schlammig. Die anderen sind gut.

Dies ist meine erste Reise mit meinem Freund nach Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, und wir können sagen, dass wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen werden, wenn wir zurückkommen. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel 7 Tage entspannt und wohlgefühlt. Wir kamen am 26. Juli 24 um 0:50 Uhr an und das Praktische daran ist, dass 7/11 und das ABC-Restaurant noch geöffnet sind. Lebensmittel- und Convenience-Stores sind ganz in der Nähe. Außerdem habe ich die Rezeptionistin 7 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft im Hotel kontaktiert. Sie sagten uns, dass sie uns bis 1 Uhr morgens unterbringen könnten. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, standen bereits 2 Flaschen Wasser bereit und das Zimmer war bereits sauber. Meine Wünsche, die ich bei der Buchung des Hotels angegeben hatte, wurden ebenfalls erfüllt (zusätzliche Kissen). Insgesamt sehr zufriedene Kunden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen, das in der Nähe von Touristenattraktionen liegt. Tolle Lage. Das Hotelzimmer und das Personal sind auch nett. Mein Vorschlag ist, das Frühstücksmenü einfach zu ändern, sogar jedes zweite Mal. Meine Freunde und ich möchten das nächste Mal wieder buchen.
