Die Badezimmerdekoration gefällt mir sehr gut, sehr sauber, ordentlich und schön ~ Ich habe früh morgens eingecheckt, das Personal war sehr nett und erlaubte mir, noch 8 Stunden zu bleiben und sagte, es sei ein Geschenk für mich ~ Es war gut Reise nach Baku

Es ist ein bequemes und komfortabeles Hotel in diesem Bereich. Ich fühle mich wie ein Haus. Ausgezeichnete Service gute Sprachkenntnisse des Empfangspersonals.

Mit ihrem Mann in Baku Ende Juni verlobte sie sich und war sehr froh, dass das Diplomat Hotel für die Unterkunft ausgewählt wurde. Natürlich ist der erste Vorteil des Hotels die Lage im Herzen des Hotels. In der Nähe der U-Bahn, Bushalte, die Old City, Boulevard und Trade können Sie Fuß erreichen. Im Hotel selbst sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel - wir hatten eine Kombination mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer und Arbeitsbereich, im Badezimmer gibt es alle Einrichtungen, auf Anfrage können auch alle notwendigen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine ruhige Atmosphäre, sehr komfortabel, viele Geschäfte und Cafés neben dem Hotel.

Уютный отель, хорошее расположение. В номерах чисто, сами номера просторные. Вежливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак, но не совсем разнообразный. В номерах не хватает освещения, так как очень высокие потолки, а лампы на такую квадратуру не тянут)

I had a business trip to this beautiful property in Baku. As far as I understood, it is newly rebranded hotel. I was staying in standard room. The room was spacious, but work desk was what I was looking for in order to work on my laptop. I contacted hotel staff and Mr. Ali Aliyev, who was on duty that day, promptly contacted me and offered me to change my room. But my room was enough comfortable for me, so we sorted out my issue by putting a chair and desk into my room. I was happy with the service and hospitality I faced, thanks to Mr. Ali and other hotel staff. Keep it up! Surely will come back again!

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Das Hotel ist für 5 Tage im Hotel. Das Hotel steht in vollem Einklang mit der Beschreibung. Ja, die Zimmer sind nicht völlig neu, aber sauber, sauber täglich. Sie können ohne Probleme zu Fuß zum Zentrum kommen. Es ist nur eine kurze Haltestelle und Metro, Gemüsegeschäfte sind auch in Schritt für Schritt verfügbar. Vorher, die Bewertungen zeigten, dass das Frühstück knapp ist. Ich würde das nicht sagen. Es gibt eine Menge Auswahl an trockenen Früchten, Tee lecker, frische Früchte, Tee/Kaffee/Sook. Personal ist immer bereit, jede Frage zu lösen. Ich habe nur positive Eindrücke über 😊 Baku ist eine schöne Stadt mit schönen Menschen ❤️

Beim Einchecken wurde mir gesagt, dass die Tür kaputt sei und ich sie nicht mit dem elektronischen Schlüssel öffnen könne. Sie würden sie öffnen, aber am nächsten Tag würde sie repariert. Natürlich wurde sie nie repariert und ich musste das Personal jedes Mal bitten, sie für mich zu öffnen. Es war WIRKLICH unangenehm. Dann öffnete eines Tages eine fremde Frau (ich glaube, sie arbeitete hier) einfach meine Tür und kam um Mitternacht in mein Zimmer, sah mich, entschuldigte sich und rannte weg. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was das war, aber es gibt einem eine Vorstellung davon, wie sie mit Privatsphäre umgehen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, weil das Kabel buchstäblich auseinandergerissen war, das WLAN fiel mehrmals aus und einmal dauerte es mehr als 24 Stunden. Der Duschkopf war kaputt, das Wasser aus der Dusche floss nie so, wie es sollte, sondern direkt auf den Boden, die Toilette war nicht wirklich am Boden befestigt (zum Glück war sie an die Kommunikationsanlage angeschlossen). Trotzdem finde ich das Hotel für den Preis in Ordnung, das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber und hatte einen eigenen Balkon und das Personal war wirklich freundlich.
