Sehr gute Lage. Blicke auf das Frühstück vom Kaffee sind den Aufenthalt allein wert. Die Zimmer mit Balkonen sind wert mehr zu zahlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Nur um Geld zu verschwenden! Wir bleiben in diesem Hotel für die zweite Zeit. Es gibt keine Fragen zu Personal und Essen. Aber! Mit dem Hotelmanager gab es eine schreckliche Situation: Wir hatten 5 Zimmer, meine Gäste (3 Zimmer), konnten nicht wegen der Annullierung des Fluges kommen. Als die Nachricht eingegangen war, ging ich zum Rezeptor und bat mich, ihre Buchung zu stornieren, und der Manager und der Administrator sagten mir, dass ich noch für die Zimmer zahlen muss. Obwohl die Buchung des Zimmers die Informationen nicht gesendet hat, wo alles geplant war. Und zum ersten Mal sehe ich solche Buchungsbedingungen. Nach einer langen Zeit des Verständnisses der Beziehung, habe ich 330 Manats für Zimmer überzahlt, in denen niemand lebte! Ich bat mich, die Zimmer zu zeigen, für die ich bezahlt habe, ob es wirklich niemand wohnte, es ergab, dass 1 Zimmer bereits verkauft und neue Gäste eingeweiht. So empfehle ich nicht, das Hotel zu wählen, wo Manager keine menschlichen Qualitäten haben!!!

Sehr sauber und schön benötigt extra Star . Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und schöne Lounge und schöne Aussicht von vorne bis auf den Blick auf den schönen Park.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Es ist ein bequemes und komfortabeles Hotel in diesem Bereich. Ich fühle mich wie ein Haus. Ausgezeichnete Service gute Sprachkenntnisse des Empfangspersonals.

Es ist gut. Nachts kann es etwas laut sein~? Ich verstehe, dass der Preis günstig ist. Ich war mit der Ausstattung und allem zufrieden ^^
