Ich habe in der ersten Woche des Oktobers 2022 bei meinen Freunden geblieben. Badam de Art hat das freundlichste, hilfreichste und freundlichste Personal, das man sich vorstellen kann; von den Hotelmanagern bis zum Konzern bis zum Zimmerservice war alles unverschämt. Das Frühstücksmenü und die übrigen Restaurantoptionen sowohl kontinental als auch chinesisch sind ebenso gut wie jedes 5-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist v in der Nähe von Downtown baku. Wenn jemand in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums bleiben möchte, aber einen Urlaub vom 24 /7 Hustlebustke nehmen, ist dieses Hotel wirklich Ihre beste Wahl. Die erhobene Lage des Hotels bietet Zimmer, die sich auf die Terrasse aus der Meeressicht öffnen, wo Sie die Stadt entkommen und das Kaspische Meer vor Ihren Augen sprühen können. Der Hotelmanager hat Najafzada und Ali sind sehr gründlich und sehr freundlich.

Sehr gute Lage. Blicke auf das Frühstück vom Kaffee sind den Aufenthalt allein wert. Die Zimmer mit Balkonen sind wert mehr zu zahlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben. Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe der Promenade. Keine Siedlungsprobleme. Das Hotelpersonal traf sich immer am Eingang und begleitete das Zimmer, persönlich erklärte alles. Saubere, leichte, angenehme Wohnungen mit allem, was notwendig ist. Es war schön, einen Balkon zu haben, auf dem Sie sitzen und geniessen Sie die ausgezeichnete Aussicht.

Sehr sauber und schön benötigt extra Star . Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und schöne Lounge und schöne Aussicht von vorne bis auf den Blick auf den schönen Park.

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

Beim Einchecken wurde mir gesagt, dass die Tür kaputt sei und ich sie nicht mit dem elektronischen Schlüssel öffnen könne. Sie würden sie öffnen, aber am nächsten Tag würde sie repariert. Natürlich wurde sie nie repariert und ich musste das Personal jedes Mal bitten, sie für mich zu öffnen. Es war WIRKLICH unangenehm. Dann öffnete eines Tages eine fremde Frau (ich glaube, sie arbeitete hier) einfach meine Tür und kam um Mitternacht in mein Zimmer, sah mich, entschuldigte sich und rannte weg. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was das war, aber es gibt einem eine Vorstellung davon, wie sie mit Privatsphäre umgehen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, weil das Kabel buchstäblich auseinandergerissen war, das WLAN fiel mehrmals aus und einmal dauerte es mehr als 24 Stunden. Der Duschkopf war kaputt, das Wasser aus der Dusche floss nie so, wie es sollte, sondern direkt auf den Boden, die Toilette war nicht wirklich am Boden befestigt (zum Glück war sie an die Kommunikationsanlage angeschlossen). Trotzdem finde ich das Hotel für den Preis in Ordnung, das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber und hatte einen eigenen Balkon und das Personal war wirklich freundlich.

Es ist ein bequemes und komfortabeles Hotel in diesem Bereich. Ich fühle mich wie ein Haus. Ausgezeichnete Service gute Sprachkenntnisse des Empfangspersonals.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Es ist gut. Nachts kann es etwas laut sein~? Ich verstehe, dass der Preis günstig ist. Ich war mit der Ausstattung und allem zufrieden ^^
