Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich. Dusty und freundliches Personal, gute komfortable Zimmer. Gut genug Essen-Wir haben eine Unterkunft mit Frühstück gekauft. Schalen, Käse, Eier, Sausage, Eier, Gemüse. Geben Sie Obst: Äpfel, Pfeffer und Mandarinen. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen verschiedene Arten von Saft, Tee, Kaffee. Es gibt ein Spa-Zentrum, ich mag die Ham und die finnische Sauna mit einem Pool ist kostenlos für Gäste. Das Hotel ist nicht im Herzen der Stadt, aber es gibt neben der U-Bahn-Station Nizzami, oder Sie können zu einem Taxi, es ist billig in der Stadt. Wir benutzten den Uber. In der Nähe gibt es ein Supermarkt Grandmart, ein Netzwerk von Bravo-Shops. We had the best time here. All thanks to the lovely staff of Staybridge Baku, special thanks to Mr. Farid who assisted us through whatsapp before we even travelled and also throughout our journey he was so kind to guide us at every step. & Mr. Parviz and the whole staff for being so hospitable and kind. We were upgraded to the executive suite on 15th floor because it was our anniversary. This is the most gorgeous room in the whole hotel. The view is just next level - we could see the whole city skyline, the sea, the flaming towers from here. The balcony was sooo huge. Their beds are comfortable & cleanliness is also very well taken care of. Their TV had netflix youtube which I wasn't expecting to be honest, which we would watch after a long day out so we never got bored here. We stayed 5 days and did not have any single issue. Highly recommended if you visit Baku. Its a beautiful city with beautiful and friendly people.

I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Ein tolles Hotel, ein echt krasser Fitnessbereich im 21 Stock mit Blick über Baku. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und euch wirklich sehr aufmerksamer Service mitüberhöflicher Mentalität. Auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bestellen. Ich bin echt oft unterwegs, aber das Hotel ist absolute Spitze!

First what I want to mention that is location is very good almost everything is nearby, Ilkin from reception have helped us a lot during our stay and was super friendly. He has suggested us nice places to visit as well which we loved. Breakfast was fine not so many options but the guy at the breakfast was super kind and helpful, his name is also Ilkin. Murad from bell team very supportive and with good manners, Sadakat housekeeping supervisor with her team helped us so many times with our inquiries. And their manager very humble and good mannered guy whom you can ask for any help without hesitation which he can assist you to solve. We had some issue with the room on the first day and Ilkin helped us to move to another room within the next day. There is some construction works in front of the hotel right now which disturbs sometimes and won’t let you enjoy with sea view. We had reserved the room for 2 days from 30th of April until 2nd of May, but during our stay we decided to extend until 6th of May because location is really good. Hotel team should work on their foodcourt to make it better.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Als ich zum ersten Mal in Aserbaidschan war, habe ich sehr lange zögern, das Hotel zu buchen. Schließlich habe ich die internationale Reisebüro Baku, die nahe der U-Bahnstation der Altstadt liegt, ins Hotel gelangt. Aus den Schlussfolgerungen geht hervor, dass die Buchung in Baku International Travel Agency, die Hotels zu besuchen, richtig ist und sehr kostengünstig ist. 1. Die U-Bahnstation der Altstadt ist sehr nah und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie ist auch zehn Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Es gibt einen unterirdischen Weg rechts von der Hoteltür. Nachdem Sie durch den Seepark gelangen, sehen Sie das Meer. Das Meeresumfeld und das Restaurant in Lihai können schöne Landschaften sehen, es gibt keine Schande. Es ist sehr glücklich, jeden Tag zu Sonnenaufgang und Frühstück zu sehen. 2. Das Museum ist sehr nah von der Adresse, mehrere hundert Meter 3. Eine große Ladenstufe, ein Supermarkt, einfach zu kaufen 4. Dieser Aufenthalt hat auch eine kleine Verdrehung. Nachdem ich den Aufenthalt am Tag abgeschlossen habe, fand ich, dass das Zimmer mit dem Zimmertyp, den ich reservierte, in die Rezeption gelangt. Als Ergebnis war es gerade ein großer Touristengruppe, der an diesem Tag ohne Zimmer verblieben war. Der Rezeptor, Herr Samad, und die blonde Schönheitsmanagerin Elvira, half uns aktiv, das Problem zu lösen, uns intimen Schmuck, Obst und andere zu liefern und eine handschriftliche Karte beizufügen. Hier kann man sehen, dass die Baku International Travel Agency Mitarbeiter geschult, miteinander und mit der Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern der oberen und der unteren Ebene genau und effizient ist und dass alle Mitarbeiter gemeinsam die besten Dienste anbieten. Und Elvira Manager geht oft ins Restaurant, um die Gerichte zu überprüfen, sieht uns beim Essen, kommt sofort, um zu fragen, ob es keine Probleme gibt, wie man sich ausruht. Ich habe seit über 20 Jahren in Japan eine japanische Fluggesellschaft betrieben, die als die weltweit führende Dienstleistung Japans angesehen wurde, und ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass die internationale Reisebüro Baku, die in Aserbaidschan ansässig ist, auch die japanischen Dienste erlebt hat, die nicht verloren gehen. Außerdem ist das Restaurant auch sehr gut, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Gerichte werden oft gewechselt. Jeder Koch arbeitet im Industriebereich, aber es ist nicht nur das Kochen, sondern auch der Gast ist auf alles aufmerksam. Wenn Sie nicht vorsichtig sind, werden die Schalen auf die Beleuchtung der Gerichte gelangen, Sofort haben die beiden Kochen einige Lichter über dem Gericht angepasst. Die am meisten empfohlenen Rinderkopftaschen im Brot, die frische, die Schale ist sehr lecker. Natürlich ist das ganze Weizensorten, das Brot ist auch sehr gut. Herr Murad im Restaurant hat auch einen besonderen chinesischen und uns geholfen, oft zu sehen, was wir brauchen, und dann bringt er uns warmen Kaffee oder Tee. Sie halten sich immer auf die Gäste und fühlen sich wirklich ihre Begeisterung. Über die Wäsche, das Bergbauwasser, die Wäsche und andere Anrufe an die Rezeption, der Gastservice wurde sofort geschickt, sehr schnell, er wurde in der Baku International Travel Agency acht Nächte im Hotel gebucht, das ist immer so, sehr gut Nach der Reise nach Aserbaidschan nach Hause zurückkehren und danken allen Hotelbediensteten, die mit der Schönheitsmanagerin Elvira geleitet wurden, für meine Reise mit vielen guten Einsichten und neuen Gefühlen. Das nächste Mal nach Aserbaidschan in Baku möchte ich auch gerne auf dem Hotel aufhalten. Danke noch einmal für alle Mitarbeiter.

The hotelnonly minus point is location that it's between airport and city. Other then that nothing negative. Excellent rooms., great ambiance , amazing service, superb facilities. Gym spa sauna steam Hamam tempreture controlled swimming pool, jacuzzi. nice breakfast. Special mention is the Duty manager Mr. Togrul , he is just perfect in his job role and really looks after the guest very well. Always smiling snd always looking for customer first policy. Hotel is perfect if u arevtraveling for Meeting Incentives conference event . U can rate it as Deluxe 4 star level.
