Zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben. Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe der Promenade. Keine Siedlungsprobleme. Das Hotelpersonal traf sich immer am Eingang und begleitete das Zimmer, persönlich erklärte alles. Saubere, leichte, angenehme Wohnungen mit allem, was notwendig ist. Es war schön, einen Balkon zu haben, auf dem Sie sitzen und geniessen Sie die ausgezeichnete Aussicht.

es war eine geburtstagsüberraschung. das hotel hatte das zimmer super vorbereitet. etwas kühl, ein bißchen steril ist die atmosphäre im hotel. alles sehr angenehm und alle mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aber irgend etwas fehlt. es kommt einem so vor, als ob das hotel erst einen tag geöffnet hat. ein bißchen steif alles.

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Das schlimmste Hotel jemals, von der Lage ein lautes spätnahs Restaurant bis zum betrunkenen Kampf außerhalb deines Zimmers!!! Starke Abwasserstein im Zimmer, in der Duschekabine geformt, müde Geruch von Handtüchern, die je Person in einem 4-star Hotel(!) Mit uns, zeigte uns ein Zimmer, und in der Tat bewegte uns in ein anderes Die Hotelverwaltung konnte nicht den Lärm lösen Gäste, die bis zu zwei am Morgen hinter der Wand waren! Das Bett für zwei war völlig unberührt, die beiden Matratzen halten sich ab und es war nicht möglich, zusammen zu schlafen Die Gesamtrein ist fragwürdig, Staub auf dem Fensterschrank, schmutzigen Teppich, Haar auf dem Bett Ich empfehle niemanden zu bleiben in diesem Hotel

Haben sechs Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Eindruck sehr günstig. Das Zimmer war ohne Balkon, aber sauber und komfortabel. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen TV (es gibt einen russischsprachigen Kanal), einen Safe, einen elektrischen Teepot. Zwei Flaschen Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, im Badezimmer, Shampoo, wurden jeden Tag hinterlassen. Handtücher änderten sich jeden Tag. Reinigung ist auch täglich. Am ersten Tag brachten sie ein Gericht mit Früchten als Grüße. polizeiliches Personal spricht Russisch und Englisch. Ein wenig von dem Meer und dem Becken entfernt, aber ein Taxi zu helfen)). Wir mögen alles, und die Stadt ist sehr schön und seltsam. Eine schöne Einstellung zu historischen Gebäuden.

Allgemein ist alles gut: Normales Frühstück(ja, Vielfalt ist klein, wenn Sie lange bleiben, aber in einer Woche hatte ich nicht Zeit zu fühlen), ausreichendes Zimmer, WiFi, ausgezeichnetes Personal und Preis. Das Zimmer war ein wenig müde (ein paar Punkte auf dem Teppich, eine Drehung), aber im Badezimmer alle neuen + regelmäßig aktualisiert die Kosten und die Hauptmöbel in hervorragender Zustand. Die Hauptminus - Lage: Bus stoppt, die von/zu dem Zentrum entlang und gehen OT oft, aber bevor die Stopps selbst durch den Parkwagen in den Services, Autohändler und Businstallationen passieren. Als Ergebnis verließ er am Morgen am OT und kehrte in ein Taxi zurück.

Die Badezimmerdekoration gefällt mir sehr gut, sehr sauber, ordentlich und schön ~ Ich habe früh morgens eingecheckt, das Personal war sehr nett und erlaubte mir, noch 8 Stunden zu bleiben und sagte, es sei ein Geschenk für mich ~ Es war gut Reise nach Baku

The hotelnonly minus point is location that it's between airport and city. Other then that nothing negative. Excellent rooms., great ambiance , amazing service, superb facilities. Gym spa sauna steam Hamam tempreture controlled swimming pool, jacuzzi. nice breakfast. Special mention is the Duty manager Mr. Togrul , he is just perfect in his job role and really looks after the guest very well. Always smiling snd always looking for customer first policy. Hotel is perfect if u arevtraveling for Meeting Incentives conference event . U can rate it as Deluxe 4 star level.

Hilfevolles Personal, Wonderful Hotel Während meiner Aufenthalt war alles perfekt.Nette und komfortable Zimmer, kleine, aber süße Terrasse und schmackvolle Mahlzeiten. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse draußen zum Trinken etwas am Morgen, so dass es besser fällt.Frühstück mehr türkische Mahlzeiten und Snacks. Spezialpersonen so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens H.Aliyev.
