In Baku, als wir auf einer Geschäftsreise waren, blieben wir im Divan Express Hotel, das wir mit meinen Kollegen aufgrund seines vernünftigen Preis und zentrale Lage bevorzugt, zwischen 21.02.2022 - 25.02.22022. Seine Lage ist zentraler, zu Fuß vom Heydar Aliyev Museum und 15-20 Minuten Fahrt zu anderen wichtigen Orten mit Taxi. Frühstück ist auf der Terrasse und nicht ein Buffet. Das Kosebasi Restaurant, das sich im unteren Stock befindet, ist eine schöne Alternative zum Abendessen. Aufgrund der unter dem Hotel laufenden U-Bahn-Linie können der Schall und die Schwingungen des Zuges auch im Zimmer im 4. Stock spürbar sein.

Wir nahmen ein Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel, aber der Taxifahrer machte einen Fehler und brachte uns zu einem anderen Wyndham-Hotel an einem anderen Ort. Kein Wunder, dass die Rezeption unsere Check-in-Informationen nicht finden konnte ... Später wurden sie half uns, das Wyndham Hotel zu kontaktieren, in dem wir die Reservierung vorgenommen hatten, und wir nahmen erneut ein Taxi. Als wir in der Vergangenheit eincheckten, war es schon sehr spät, und die Rezeption hat uns kostenlos ein Kingsize-Bett-Zimmer zugewiesen, und wir Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt um weitere 2 Nächte verlängert. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen gut, aber wenn Sie nicht alleine fahren, müssen Sie ein Taxi nehmen.

Sehr sauber und schön benötigt extra Star . Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und schöne Lounge und schöne Aussicht von vorne bis auf den Blick auf den schönen Park.

Unvollständiger, manchmal ganz fehlender Service, Bettwäsche wurde während der 10 Tage nicht einmal gewechselt. Zimmer sind über Kühlschranktemperatur nicht heizbar. Kredikarten werden schon bei Ankuft voll belastet!! Lage ist gut. Insgesamt scheint das Management etwas überfordert,

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Der Service war nicht der beste, als wir angekommen waren. Die Empfangsmitglieder nahmen ihre Zeit, um uns zu helfen, und als wir endlich Schlüssel gegeben wurden, wiesen sie auf den Aufzug hin und verließen uns. Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich alt mit einem gebrochenen Leckagekühlschrank und einem riesigen Fernseher. Der Balkon war jedoch ziemlich schön und die Aussicht war erstaunlich. Das Essen war wirklich gut und es war reichlich.
