There are 2 outdoor cameras on the property (one in the front, and one in the back) to ensure the safety of guests belongings and vehicles. The cameras also provide a way to follow-up on any damage caused to the property if necessary. The camera recordings are not shared or reviewed unless there is cause. House Rules Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules: General Rules • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, as this home is in a quiet neighborhood. • Parking: Park in the gravel area behind the home or streetside. There is ample parking as this home is on a corner lot. • Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean. • Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval. • Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts. • Hot Tub Use: Shower with soap before using the hot tub to maintain cleanliness. Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals) • Pets must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old). • Pets are not to be left unattended in the home. • Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood. • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. • Report any pet-related damage before checkout. • Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.
