This simple and cozy apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, gazebos and a small front poarch in one of the best locations in this area. Located right in front of the Sonido del Mar restaurant and by crossing the street, steps from Jobos Beach Isabela. Maximum capacity for up to 6 people. Come and be part of this unique experience in this tourist area where you will be close to multiple restaurants, bars, grocery stores, surf shops and breathtaking beaches.

We kindly remind you that we live on a tropical Island. Because it is tropical, the environment, area and facilities are more susceptible to encountering certain species of insects and small reptiles.

Perfect location with a few setbacks
The location of our condo couldn’t have gotten any better. You’re literally across the street from the beach and a very nice restaurant with the beach view. They wear a couple of things that was very upsetting. Is that when we got there there were no towels left for us and there was no toilet paper so we had to go to the grocery store to get toilet paper. I did message the owner and he was very well at responding And immediately got us some towels that we needed. The second issue was that the shower didn’t work it tend to be on hot water only and if you wanted to take a cool shower, the water with drip so I literally had to take a very hot shower every single day. It looks like somebody tried to makeshift the showerhead. Hopefully that will get fixed. Eventually, I don’t see how anybody hadn’t complained about this since we’ve been here well, at least I don’t know if there’s been any complaints. But the owner was very nice and very responsive and like I said the location was the best..

Fantastic location
For Playa Jobos fans you cannot beat the location. Just a few steps across the street from a main beach entrance. Efficient and cute space.

Lamentablemente el sábado el vecino de la esquina de la cabaña 6 decidió a las 8am prender un tractor para cortar la grama y no pudimos descansar, falta de consideración con los huéspedes,
