Average hotel. Clean amenities although window ledges were filthy. Beds and toilet okay. Main thing I didn't like was the windows had big gaps around them and so was noisy from traffick.
Location seemed good except was almost impossible to cross the road.

The Hip Hope Hotel in Banda Aceh was a good choice for my stay. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. While it didn't necessarily stand out as exceptional, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Banda Aceh. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hip Hope Hotel.

Mir gefiel das Hotel nicht. Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Terrasse oder Balkon gebucht, diese waren nicht verfügbar. Zweitens ist es unangenehm. Und drittens ist auf dem Foto alles größer und bequemer als in der Realität. Muffiger Geruch und nicht saugfähige Handtücher. Nur das Personal, das fünf Punkte hat, rettet die Situation. Alle Probleme wurden schnell und einfach gelöst, aber mit Englisch war es ziemlich schwierig, der Übersetzer rettete den Tag.

Strategic location next to Suzuya mall, roundabout and eateries. The staff were helpful and nice, rooms were clean and relatively new. Breakfast was nice as well. The only downside is the provided towels were too small for the average person and they don't look clean.

Excellent all round! Breakfast area can be crowded since the restaurant itself is small but the food is great, many selection of white/fried rice/noodle and many dessert options and fruit.
Room is cleaned and towel changed daily. 10/10 would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I put in special request for a room near to the lift since my mom can't walk long distance and we get it. Very few hotels actually accommodate this kind of request.
Food selection was good. Cleanliness was great. They also provide morning shuttle to go to Masjid Baitul Rahman for Subuh prayer which I think is really good and useful for Muslims.
I'll come back to this hotel for my next trip to Banda Aceh.
