Four Seasons Hotel (Baise Dream Island Shopping Plaza)

I’ve stayed here twice just due to the breakfast which is excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Overall cleanliness is good in rooms but hallways are getting a bit worn. During this visit, I found a large insect on the wall. It was too high to squash and too late for me to want to switch rooms. It happens but gross. If here again, I will give them another try just for the breakfast.

Very comfortable environment, I suggest you visit 😎❤️, lively atmosphere and community… the city comes alive at night.

The is nice, the loft we stay in is very spacious and price is very cheap. It’s renovated so u can still spot some old elements or flaws but overall clean. The only problem we have is that the room is hot even when we visit it in Xmas Dec 2025. The staff inform us that it’s a centralized AC for all loft rooms on the top floor, the control in each room is actually fake, ***? They had to turn off AC due to one customer request but in reality I think they are conserving utility bill, I was woken up middle of night due to the heat accumulated. It’s crazy. If not for the AC this would have been a near perfect review for the price value

Good location. Lots of food and beverages downstairs. But can be a little noisy at times due to low room height. But overall value for money.

front desk service attitude was cold and you could sense a tinge of impatience aircon did not work properly, which wasn’t a surprise as 1 single small unit was powering both floors. we turned the ac down to 17 degrees but the room temp remained at 29-30 degrees after three hours. called the front desk and they told us to just wait. aircon service people came but they said they can’t fix anything, called the front desk and their solution was to give us a small fan??? the staff that came to check out the room was also pushing the blame saying that it was not cold because we booked a loft, however we did not ever have this problem with lofts in other hotels. we insisted to change room in the end, but the new room wasn’t much cooler either. breakfast was good though, had a nice spread and the restaurant staff were friendly

hotel is superbly good. i wasnt well at that time so i need to stay in the hotel most of the time as i was so tired from the long trip. love the hotel ambience. all good.

Better than expected. Large room, clean & comfortable. After booking we asked for a non -smoking room which we got. The corridors however were stinking of cigarette smoke. No ventilation and very stuffy. Needs to improve ventilation and get rid of the stinking smell in the corridors. We're in 2024 and can't believe there are still hotels where smoking is allowed inside the rooms...
