Such a nice experience, especially for an all inclusive resort. It wasn’t overly crowded and there were always spots by the pool and beach. We never had to wait to eat at any of the amazing restaurants. The food and drinks were amazing as was the service, specifically Elian at the pool. I hate going the same place twice, but I’m looking forward to returning with my family soon!

Die Zimmer-Hygiene ist im Grunde gut, aber der kleine Kühlschall ist groß und ich habe die Stromversorgung am Abend gespült. Ein wenig von der Stadt entfernt, aber der Preis ist immer noch gut. Es ist eine gute Wahl.

I’d say 4.5 out of 5 stars! Beautiful hotel! The atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for…colorful, lively, very clean. Lovely staff (Jaime at the front desk was so interesting to chat with…I swear he knows more about Canada than I do! and the beautiful ladies at reception who were always so helpful in answering our random questions, and securing taxis on our behalf- thank you). The couple that runs the attached breakfast restaurant are friendly, gracious, hard working. Please remember to tip them as this is their own business. The rooftop terrace was something to see…stunning view, lovely decor, even a live band one night! This hotel is right in the fun, lively centre of town. Very noisy at night from all of the live music everywhere. Everything is within a 10 min walk away. Bring good shoes, as the streets and sidewalks are very uneven, and you really have to watch your step. Our room wasn’t too bad in terms of the nighttime noise, you could hear it but we still slept. It kind of became a white noise. Apparently there are some rooms that are more noisy than others, but another couple we spoke with said the hotel staff relocated them to a quieter room with no problem. The rooms are supplied with earplugs. So if you’re looking for a quiet place, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you’re looking for a beautiful, lively, right-in-the-heart-of-the-action experience, 30 second walk to the beautiful beach, then you will love it here! So why not 5 stars? We were a little disappointed that we weren’t allowed to bring our own alcoholic bevvies up to the terrace, you’re only allowed to order from the bar. It was expensive so we hardly spent any time up there because of this. The rooms (standard) had no dressers to put our clothes away so it was difficult to stay organized for two ladies and all of our clothes. Norma did a very nice job of cleaning up after us. Thank you Norma!! There are only 3 selections for breakfast. Two of them include eggs, and the third is simply a fruit plate. I’m not an egg lover, and a plate of fruit, with no proteins or carbs, left me hungry and in need of food an hour later. However, my sister likes eggs and said the egg dishes were good. So because of this, I felt that the cost of our room for the week was a little high, but I do not regret the experience. I do recommend this beautiful hotel for those looking for a lively experience. In general, this most amazing little surf town with a huge zest for living the good life was an experience like no other. Completely different from the all-inclusive vacation, and I am now hooked on Sayulita. I loved Puerto Vallarta, but now that I have been to Sayulita, this will be my go-to spot in Mexico going forward. It is safe, the locals are friendly and laid back. Even the beach vendors are awesome and gracious.

Nach einem Tag der Reise nahmen wir in einem Cab und wurde von einem Mitarbeiter gesagt, dass unsere Buchung in ein anderes Hotel verlegt wurde. Huh? Klingt das gleiche in Englisch und Spanisch. Ich erläuterte, dass unsere Buchung in diesem Hotel liegt und zeigte ihr die Bestätigung von Holiday Inn. Ich bat den Manager, der schnell von der Zähne und durch eine Tür verschweigen hat. Hm***h. Klingt gleich in Englisch und Spanisch. Sie zeigte sich nach einer 5-minütigen Wartezeit. Ich erläuterte das Problem, zeigte ihr die Bestätigung und wurde gesagt, dass dieses Hotel reserviert wurde. Ja, aber ich hatte eine Bestätigungsnummer. Sie wollte für einen Shuttle anrufen, um uns in ein anderes Hotel zu bringen. Ja, aber unsere Reservierung war für dieses Hotel und unser Gepäck war in einem Taxi draußen und er wollte mehr Gebühren, nicht zu sehen, dass ich Handzeichen machen, die bedeuteten “in einer Minute”. Also sprang meine Frau und ich in unsere wartende Kabine und wir gingen in ein anderes ... Holiday Inn, wer wusste? Es war etwa 750 Meter von dem ersten. Wenn nur der Manager mir gesagt hatte, dass sie uns an ein neues Holiday Inn schickt, um die Buchungen oder die Arbeitslast auszugleichen, oder die Buchungen umverteilen, um das neue Hotel gut für die Verwaltung oder etwas zu sehen. Sehr unerwartet und unnötig. Das neue Hotel ist übrigens sehr schön und das Personal freundlich und hilfreich. Der Manager, nicht so viel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war sehr regelmäßig, das Zimmer sauber, der Fernseher ist sehr klein und der Internet-Dienst ist schlecht, das Signal im Zimmer ist kaum zu erreichen ist sehr niedrig und ist extrem langsam.

Mein Visum wurde 2 - zwei Tage vor Ankunft geladen. Keine Erleichterung, Versöhnung, Erklärungen hinsichtlich der Gebühren sowohl für mein Visum als auch für mich. Bearbeitet von Rezeption Manager Sandra mit totaler Unachtsamkeit und Demagnierende Einstellung. Die Bitte um eine Behinderung in meiner Party wurde ignoriert und wir wurden in einem Zimmer am weitesten vom Aufzug entfernt. Innerhalb von Minuten nach der Ankunft ins Zimmer kam der Toilettegewebe tatsächlich gerade aus. Sie mussten für mehrere Stunden Raum verlassen, um die Reparatur zu beeinflussen. Das war später nur schütteln und das Toilette war immer schütteln. Dusche leckte überall im Boden in das Tauchgebiet. Bett - Schleifen gedreht Bodengräber geflitterte Handtücher wie Sandpapier Ziehen Sie die Sofa gebrochen - Metall sticking und geflitterte Alle inklusiven Lebensmittel war absolut abscheulich. Wiederholen Sie Lebensmittel täglich. Repurpose food, d.h., Hühner-Nuggets wurden zu süßen und sauren Hühnern. Pancakes wie Frisbee-Schichten. Keine Salatkleidung. Keine Weingarne. Restaurant sollte zumindest um 7 Uhr für Kaffee bereit/öffnet sein. Es war normalerweise nicht bereit bis zumindest 7:15 Uhr. Der Kellmann nahm tatsächlich die Sachen für die Frau zurück, die er sagte. Wir waren hier vor und waren so schockiert und traurig über den Gesamtfall der Dienstleistungen und Lebensmittel. Lasst uns das Zimmer allein. Sehr, sehr enttäuschend alles inklusive.
