Tolles Hotel...schöne Aussicht...wir kommen beim nächsten Mal wieder...

Habe 3 Zimmer für 2 Nächte gebucht. Familienausflug . Das Kissen riecht feucht. Der Feueralarm klingelte am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr mindestens 10 Minuten lang, nicht nur einmal, sondern zweimal. Es ist sehr nervig. Abends gingen wir zum Mittagessen aus. Als wir in unser Zimmer zurückkehren, funktioniert die Schlüsselkarte nicht für alle Zimmer. Ich habe lange darauf gewartet, dass sie uns den neuen Schlüssel gaben. Als uns das Personal schließlich den neuen Schlüssel überreichte, sagte ich dem Personal, es solle einen Trolley mitbringen, da unser Urlaubsmodus beeinträchtigt sei, und wir beschlossen, auszuchecken. Ich habe weitere 15 Minuten gewartet und der Wagen ist nicht da. Ich ging zur Rezeption, um nachzusehen, und das Personal antwortete: „Oh, willst du auschecken? Aber laut System wird der Check-out morgen erfolgen.“ Genau das gleiche Personal, das uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat, und ich sagte ihm, er solle uns früher den Wagen bringen. Schlechte Erfahrung für dieses Hotel.

I really love this resort 😍 everything is superb. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Foods are delicious. Pool is big but a bit cloudy. My favourite part is the view. View is insane 😍 i got seaview and mountain view. I really love it !

A newly renovated resort with excellent sea view. Private beach with white soft sand and quiet environment, sea breeze. Guests should avoid any activities under the ferocious sunlight.

A nice hotel for getaway and the staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Everything is good. And we got a nice view from our room. Just breakfast not much choice and all the food is cold.

The hotel environment give a feeling of privacy and higher standard than Damai Beach resort. They have special event on the 1st night of Gawai for all hotel guests which is very happening. The hotel provided toilet amenities such as shower gel and shampoo from Loccitane brand. Also there is complimentary pillow sleep which promote deep sleeps. The downside is the room is not clean. Maybe due to high occupancy and not enough time to clean thoroughly. There are spider web, dust on the glass cabinet, little cockroaches. Also, as advertise in Trip.com, they room is sea view, but I get the room with hill view (and limited ocean view)

1st time in Sarawak for school holidays. Room very spacious but floor and bedsheet very sandy. Nice beach view and sunset but far from town. Big pool very dirty. Kids pool under renovation. Last and sadly, this is the 1st time ever we got to pay for 1 extra towel for RM15 when requested in a hotel/resort. Can be better in future.

First of all, the location is great, perfect spot for sunset with nice beach view, soft sand and clear seawater. Near Sarawak legacy culture village(walking distance), the performance is really great. Secondly, the room is very nice, we booked a junior suite twin, with one big master room, and a sitting room(with 1 sofa set), two bath rooms. Pool outside and sea view. Also, the staffs there are very nice and helpful.

Good place to take a break away from the city.

The bathroom was modern and well-appointed, with a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, and the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. What truly sets Damai Lagoon Resort apart, however, is the incredible setting. Being surrounded by nature, with the sound of the waves and the sight of the lush rainforest, creates a tranquil and rejuvenating atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. Overall, my stay at Damai Lagoon Resort was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking surroundings makes it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and nature-filled escape in Sarawak, and I can't wait to return.

My family and I went there for a short escape during Gawai holiday. Everything was up to expectation until we reach the pool facilities. It had been under maintenance for quite some time, thats really lead to disappointment of my little girl who opt for the kids pool. The breakfast was not meet the expectation as well. Overall the hotel staff is friendly and kind, room is clean. I will give a 3.5 out of 5 in total. Hope the management can catch up with the repairing work.

The buffet is delicious, the room is spacious & comfortable. The staff are helpful & friendly. The resort is baby friendly. However, the Cleanliness in the room might need to improve especially the floor. Overall I had a good stay with my family & baby.
